I got this at Christmas for my 5th child. It's quite hard to use - it definitely takes both hands to open/close the tray to get the baby in/out. The snack part of the tray is what opens, so after putting the baby in, you have to put the tray back on and turn it around so the baby can use the toys. It is really hard to turn the tray! It gets stuck on the foam seat. I usually hold the base with my foot and use both hands to turn the tray. (And with 5 little ones, I can do almost anything with one hand, let alone 2 hands and a foot!)Problem 2: the "soft" foam seat is too small. My 18-pound 6-month-old can barely fit her little rear end in it. I'll have to take off the "soft" part soon. Problem 3: The toys snap on only one way (and not like in the picture). The 2 spinning toys are both made the same direction, so you have to put one on backwards since one goes on either side! Simply a design flaw in my opinion. (Although honestly, my baby hasn't complained that her ladybug is upside down.) We still use it once in awhile for 10 minutes here and there. I bought mine on Black Friday for $19.99. For that price, it's OK. I definitely wouldn't pay more. Our baby much prefers her excersaucer, so that may be a good alternative, or simply buying some of the toys that hook onto a highchair. Maybe I will use this more once I hook it onto a kitchen chair and use it as a highchair. Overall, it's OK, but not much better.
A little trying to put together, but great for 3month olds to start sitting in. Would like to see it in nicer colors
