Comments about Sippy Cup - 6 oz - Hoot!:
I bought these sippy cups for their attractive designs and was hoping that performance of the cup would be just as good. I was very wrong. The sippy cup lid just pushes on to the cup, not screws on and it becomes loose if wet or being shaken around by my little guy. The sippy cup leaks like a watering can if tipped over. The actual design of the cup is very flawed. If this cup would be dropped on the floor the top lid would come right off, not even talking about all the liquid that's in the cup. I gave one star for the attractivness of the cup but that's about it.
Comments about Divided Suction Plate - Hoot!:
We have about six of these plates, two of which we have been using for about a year, and they are still in great condition. My daughter loves the designs and I love that the suction doesn't scratch or blemish the finish of our walnut breakfast table. I disagree with others about the suction. I have had no issues with them not suctioning unless the area is not smooth. I do hand wash the plates but will run them through the dishwasher (never the suction rings) from time to time. The finish does fade a bit from doing this periodically. My one wish would be that they would nest together when you stacked them to save room. I suppose that the rim on the bottom that the suction goes around prevents this. I have never dropped one of them on the floor, etc. so I cannot comment about them breaking as others have. I highly recommend them - we use them for every meal.
