Quality for price just not there

Comments about Techno XT - Black:

Maybe this is true for all Maclaren Techno XT from previous years but I expected better quality at this price point. Here are the issues I have with this:

        1. The one-handed recline (one of the main reasons I waited for the 2012 model) is not very smooth. The Chicco liteway, a stripped down stroller, has a much smoother one-handed recline.

        2. The lie-flat seat is not connected to the back panel where the "storage pockets" are. This means you have to lift up the back panel in order to lie the seat flat and then readjust the back panel so it fits around the end of the stroller. The lie-flat seats in the Aprica Presto Flat & City Mini are connected to the back panel, making it seamless to lift up and down.

        3. In order to extend the sunshade, you have to unzip it. This exposes the "air vents". Well, the air vents let in a lot of light, not good for napping babies as well as trying to keep sunlight away from the face on a sunny day.

Am seriously considering selling it after just a few uses.
