      Comments about Universal Express Rider:

I was looking for something easily maneuverable and lightweight - this stroller is neither. Near impossible to steer with one hand, and absolutely impossible to fold with one hand, [despite it's claims as a "one-hand fold"] I immediately put it back in the box and sent it back.
Also, the rear seat has one recline position, which is not very secure at all - it operates with two plastic brackets that swing into position, but don't lock in place. The front tray must be removed to fold the stroller, and there is no handle or easy way to carry it in the folded position.
If you're looking for an inexpensive double stroller, do yourself a favor and go to a store where you can try out a floor model before making your purchase.
