Comments about Annabelle Convertible Mini Crib - Espresso:
We used this crib from birth to big boy bed transition. My son was never able to climb out. And the crib is very well put together.
I was surprised to read the review that this crib 'was falling apart'. I put the crib together myself and I did notice that it need to be retightened after about 10 months of use, but had no unreasonable problems with the crib.
Comments about DaVinci Annabelle Convertible Mini Crib - White:
Quality: We purchased the crib for our infant son as a nap crib only. It appeared fine. Two months later, it started falling apart. The hardware came out of a leg making it unstable. The next day the railing came off. My husband is an engineer and put the crib together correctly. None of these issues should have occured with light use two month after the purchase.
Design: the crib is pretty, but the wide panel in the middle makes it difficult to tie any crib bumper (regular or mini) around it.
Service and delivery comments:
When we called Diapers.com they offered to replace it with a new crib, but we'd have to send this one back. All the burden of fixing the problem was put on us. It is not a small undertaking to unpack a crib with all the parts, and to put it together. Then to undo the old one, repackage it, and send it out. Ouch. Would make more sense to let us send pictures - that would clearly show what the issues were.
