Comments about Plate & Spoon - Pink:

I started using this set with my daughter when she was about 7-8 months old. I would load the spoon and she could very easily put it in her mouth. Even a little better than the curved spoons. At 14 months she started loading her spoon herself. The design is perfect for her. She can very easily move the spoon in the dish and scoop up her food. The contour of the spoon is made to fit inside the dish. The spoon is also thin on the edges making it easier to pick food up vs. pushing it around. The bowl is a not heavy so it's easy for her to pick up. Thankfully she does this at the end of the meal when it's mostly empty. We also have the Skip Hop Mate plate and utensil set. Because the dish is divided it's more of a challenge for her so we will wait a bit longer before using that one. Bjorn dish and spoon set is worth the money and has been a success for us. It does stain but that doesn't bother us any.
