This was a gift for my 18 month old granddaughter. She really loves the toy. It is brightly colored and well made. It's very well suited for a child of this age.

Comments about Flip n' Tip Fred:

This is extremely well-built, detailed contruction and realistic pieces (the recylcing bins are labeled with pictures of paper, plastic, etc) my 2 yo loves it, and my 5 yr old can play with it as well. Encourages imaginitive play, not loud, no batteries, a terrific toy. It is expensive, but worth it. We also have the motorcycle and ambulance (bought this first and then had to have more) and love them as well.
