Comments about Original Flamingo Woombie:

We have an infant, and she really didn't like having her arms bolted to her side like the other swaddles do- she was always fussing and really trying to move her arms. It totally stressed me out and made night-time and naps not fun for me! Then I saw the Woombie- I LOVE the idea behind it, I ordered one right away. It's basically a sleeping bag with a zipper up to the neck- a cocoon, so to say. It's great, because the baby can still move her arms within it, but she doesn't startle herself with her hands. Here's the problem- the collar is a wee bit too high. So ladies, if your baby is on the hefty side, this may not work for you. My baby is small to average in size, and I got stressed zipping the thing up all the way to her neck. I don't know why they make it so tight at the top. It's not like she's going to get out of it-= that's why I say, great concept....
