Seeks it out among the other toys. Loves swinging it around, smacking it on the carpet, bending and eating it... his new favorite toy while on tummy or sitting. I think it's ok for any age.

Our daughter is almost 8 months and is very active. She likes the noises of this toy and the colors and of course to chew on. I have not experienced the paint issues others write about. I would buy this item again.

My 5 month old has so far really enjoyed this simple little toy. It's great when we are out and about and she is in her infant carrier. Usually it ends up on her arm like a big bracelet and rarely ever falls to the ground. Easy to handle and play with. Definitely recommend.

I bought this for my daughter who loves to put everything in her mouth. I loved that it was made from wood with non-toxic paint so I didn't have to worry about what might leach from it. However, after about a 2 weeks I noticed the paint from the colored rod beads was starting to rub off on the unpainted beads where they meet. Today after my daughter was mouthing this for a few minutes and the wood became wet with drool the paint started to come off on my baby's mouth. I know it is supposed to be non-toxic but I'm still not comfortable with this. I own many other wooded toy from Haba, Sevi, Melissa and Doug, Green Sprouts, etc and haven't had this problem. Other than this, its a great simple toy. It is a nice size for 3+mo, not too small, not too big or heavy. The larger pentagon beads make a nice noise when they move around and it is great to shake and bang. If the paint didn't rub off I would say it is great for teething, just the right size for my daughters big mouth!

Its all right toy because they are organic. So when you see your baby put in their mouth you won't freak out loud. But they seems not enjoy it that much. After few bite they'll just drop it.

This is a really nice non-toxic wood toy for infants through toddler! The rings slide around and the colors are vibrant...it is sturdy and can easily be clipped on with a ring to the carseat or stroller! A+
