I am 5'2 and got an xxl size, based on the chart measurements. It was way too long for me. In order to wear the pants, I'd have to pull them over my breasts which is of course not an option. Also they were loose in the buttock area. So the overall fit was weird.

This is a great product. I actually started wearing the garment 2 days after I gave birth and within 3 days you could see a noticeable difference in my stomach. Within 2 weeks, I am back in my pre pregnancy jeans!!! I must admit, I was skeptical at first, but I've gotten so many compliments from people about my stomach being so flat right after having a baby. It does take some time to get use to (as far as wearing it) since it's pretty snug. Now I'm ordering more to help with the weight loss! By the way, I'm 6ft tall, and, yes it fits us tall women too!! I ordered an XL and put it on the last snaps in order to have room to pull it up higher. My only suggestion is that you purchase 2 different sizes. The XL does not fit as snug anymore, so I will be ordering a large the next time....

This is the best postpregnancy garment. It is comfortable and it works! The front part has a bra-like hook/eye fastener so you can adjust it to go to the bathroom which is nice right after you have had the baby.

It is soft and comfortable so I give it 5 stars
