I bought this garment after reading reviews. I love it so far. The compression is great and I like how the garment wraps my body. It is comfortable (although putting it on is a challenge) and once you get it on, it is like second skin. Love the crotch opening, allows me to use the bathroom without taking the whole thing off. I do recommend it to anyone who would like a great postpartum wear.

I originally ordered "Ultimate Postpartum Original Bikini" version, in size L, while still pregnant. But I was concerned it wouldn't fit, since I was all over the map according to the size chart (which I found very confusing). So I bought a 2nd in XL, this time the "Ultimate Postpartum Ultra Bikini" version (not available at this site), which has 3 rows of hook/eye closures down the side so you can adjust it a bit bigger/smaller as you go. This is a great feature, and I prefer the Ultra version because of it. The "Original" version did end up being a tad too small immediately after delivery, and in fact the first time I tried to put it on, a little hole tore in the seam, which was super frustrating. But after a few weeks using the XL, going from the biggest to smallest adjustment size, I did end up having to switch down to the L, so I was glad to have both sizes in the end.

I've been happy with results, though it hasn't been any kind of miracle cure for my stomach pooch. And I've worn them basically 24/7 ever since I got home from the hospital (nearly 7 weeks ago). I'd say it's definitely been a big help, though.

Also, these stay up really well, and are quite comfortable, considering they're so snug. At the hospital they gave me a different brand belly band to use - one that you wrap around, and it closes with velcro. That one was hideously inconvenient - needed assistance to put it on correctly, it rode up way too high on me, was stiff and uncomfortable, and made it very hard to breastfeed. The Winks don't roll or slip down, and allow free movement - and don't interfere at all with breastfeeding.

So I recommend it, with the caveat that if you have the chance to get the "Ultra" instead, do consider it for the adjustability factor.

I really like this item. I originally purchased it in Medium after my pregnancy. I had a normal delivery and for the second child, I wanted extra help to get myself back in shape. I wore the medium two weeks after delivery and helped me shrink down. It was easy to use to the bathroom because it is designed. Now I purchased xsmall. I am now two month after the delivery. I think it works along with exercise, right eating and breast feeding. It is also comfortable to move around but gives enough compression on the belly area to keep the fat in check! LOL I went to wedding a month after delivery wearing this and everyone couldn't believe I just had a baby. So please give it a try. I know it's expansive but I owned two sets of spanx and they don't last long and doesn't have the same compression, not to mention it keeps falling down and can't pee. The cost of buying multiple cheap one equals to one good one. I will be given the medium to my friend who is having a baby soon.

it is definitely hard to get on the first time, very snug. But as expected seeing as it is s compression piece. After that first use it goes on easier. Helped me out so much after my c-section. I was able to get up and down, in and out of bed so much easier. Started wearing it 1 week post partum. I wear it all the time except to shower, loving the results and how much it helps with pain after c-section.

Was recommended by a friend to use this product, Great awesome quality. It gives the compression needed to support my tummy and make my muffins disappear! :) I wore it for about 7 weeks and nobody even know I just had a baby!

After reading couples of reviews over the Internet I decided to purchase it after giving birth to my son. What a waste of money. First of all it is VERY hard to put on, but I guess it is supposed to be like this for a good compression. However, the worst thing is that the lines of underwear itself (not upper belt) are horribly rub against the inner thighs. My suggestion is, keep in mind, how many pounds you gained and how big are your thighs.

I researched this product a great deal and was excited when I bought it. Once I received it I became concerned that it would not fit as it seemed too small. [...] Given that the first few weeks after birth are the most important I had to buy a different product - the belly bandit - which was much cheaper and fits fine. I am very disappointed in wink belly bands and wish I had never bought it.

I was a little skeptical at first about this product but I am such a huge fan. The one I got was the bikini style and it was amazing. I wore it after I had my daughter and it helped me recover and lose the post-pregnancy weight so fast. My OB also recommends this brand to her patients as well.

I love the style of it because it is discreet, doesnt ride up when you wear it and it just works.
