This product used to be great. I used it with both of my kids. They just changed the formulation. Now, the consistency is terrible and the taste has changed considerably.

For consistency, the toothpaste is like a gel ball & rolls off the toothbrush, so as I am trying to brush teeth, I am chasing the ball of toothpaste as it rolls off the toothbrush.

My children do not like this new taste. I called customer service & they told me there was a "change in the essential oils for the taste. There was also an addition of almond oil, to encourage the organic ingredients to come out". Not sure what that means, but taste is medicocre now & consistency suffers as well.

I WAS AN AVID USED OF THIS ON A DAILY BASIS FOR 3 years, but I WILL NOT BE BUYING THIS PRODUCT AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If Any Weleda reps are reading- please bring back the old formula!

My 3 year old was refusing to use the traditional toddler toothpaste because she wanted mint toothpaste like mommy. I looked all over to find a floride-free mint solution. I finally found this and could not be happier. She loves it and it works great!

Happy to find a natural toothpaste for my son that does not have fluoride it it. Tastes good and I trust the Weleda brand. Yes, it is a little more pricey, but I am happy to pay it knowing that the ingredients are all natural.

Kids are happy to brush their teeth and I like the natural ingredients. Only bummer is that the kids can squeeze a whole lot out quickly. I'd rate a 5 for a less kid-squeezable tube.

My toddler has been using Weleda tooth gel daily for several months. He took to it right away with no problem. I like that it is natural and has a nice, clean minty smell and mild taste. I'm glad to have found a toothpaste we love and we're sticking with it!

I was so excited to find a children's toothpaste that did not have flooride and artificial ingredients. I especially like that it is not fruity flavored. My only complaint is the price which can easily be overlooked for a quality product. My son just turned 6 months old and I was looking for a product I wouldn't have to worry about him ingesting. This does not taste bad and is not very strong (I tried it too). Happy customer who would highly reccomend this product.

I bought this for my 20 m old and I will never go back to the "fruity" toothpaste again. I listened to other reviews whose kids liked it thinking, how will she like mint, but...she does. Our routine used to be I let her hold the toothbrush, then I "try" to brush her teeth while she resists, but NOW she lets me brush them (no objections) and pauses to tell me, "I like it" over and over EVERY time we brush teeth (I'm not exaggerating). It makes her breath smell fresh. We've been using it for 2 months, her teeth are still white and clean. Tube will last a long time too. It is the safest product I could find. Check out ewg skin deep and compare others, its rated "2" low risk and recommended.

I like to try all kinds of different products - I like that this doesn't have the sickly sweet taste of some other kids toothpaste. 2-yr old daughter likes it just fine. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. It doesn't even have fluoride in it!

We have been using this tooth gel since our daughter got her first tooth. I wanted something minty, and this hit the spot. When we were traveling and I forgot to pack this tooth gel, we went to a local drugstore and all they carried were the typical fruity toddler toothpastes, which my daughter did not like at all. She will gladly brush her own teeth and let us brush them twice a day with the Weleda tooth gel.

This gel smells great and really freshens breath. My daughter really didn't take to the fruity or bubble gum flavors of other brands but she has really taken to this one. Anything to make teeth brushing easier, right? Price is very good and you can't beat a natural product like this one.

My girls ages 2 and 4 use this and love it. They are always asking to use "grownup" toothpaste and they don't really like the fruity/candy flavored toothpastes. They like the cartoon characters but waste all the toothpaste! This is a good middle-ground between adult and kid's toothpaste.
