i don't know whether it is the stylus or screen but even I cannot do the writing exercises!! It consumes battery like crazy!! too expensive to use and maintain.

True to form every vtech product that we bought or received as gift turned out to be junk and this one is no different. You spend nearly $50 to get a box with a tiny screen only to start spending more. There's not a single title loaded on it, then when you go on to their site to download even one of the very limited and boring titles for your child, who's sitting next to you and patiently waiting with anticipation you're told that you need an SD card before you can download anything. Fine you get the SD card, download a boring book only to find out that your expensive duracells barely make it through on title which lasts 5 minutes. The selection of titles is pathetic as is their reader!
