Comments about Stencil & Learn Studio:

We gave this to my daughter for her 2nd birthday. I wish we'd gotten it for her earlier, because the pen, stampers and music function would have been great for her even at 1-yr.-old. At 24 months, she enjoys those functions and loves the stencils. Introducing her to tracing in this way is wonderfully age appropriate since tracing on a pre-drawn line on paper would be too challenging, I think. We began introducing letters, so the stencils are an awesome learning tool, not just for fine motor but also for school readiness. Love this no-mess drawing toy that I think would entertain even a school-age child.

Comments about Stencil & Learn Studio:

We purchased this for my son who has just turned two. Being that his birthday and Chrostmas is back to back I thought this would be something he could grow into but probably still enjoyed..
He plays at an older level but his skills to trace are not yet developed
So with that said I can't say it's the best decision on a gift at this time but may be later.
He does love how it talks to him.
Although it's great that it comes with many pieces I am one of those mothers who like organization and a clean house. So all the little pieces are getting put up until he will utilize them.
If he was the only child I may have returned it, because he's not much into all the options and I would have exchanged for less detailed. But were expecting twin girls and imagine they will find use of it some how.
I primarily bought this item for entertainment in car rides as well as another tool to learn with by drawing shapes, letters, numbers and other endless abilities on a reusable surface.
