Vtech - Catch-Me-Kitty encourages toddlers to move all over the house. This toy comes with a sensor that detects if kids are following. As baby follows kitty, the toy runs away to encourage chasing. There are three different shaped buttons on the toy that teach numbers, shapes and nursery rhymes as well.

Comments about Catch-Me-Kitty:
My mother got this for our daugther Christmas of 2012. So we've had this for a good 5-6 months now.
First of all, our does not look like the picture. Ours must be an older model. On the bottom of the kitty is the sound option switch. Our sound never changes. No matter which way the switch goes, it stays the same volume. Irritating. Also, on the front, there ar two options. One shows a book and the other shows feet/shoes. You would assume that on the book option, that's where the nursery rhymes would play.... the opposite happens on ours. Even when you press the # buttons, it never says the numbers. Its very odd.
In regards to the "catch me" portion, our daughter didn't care for it until she was around 15 months old. Before that, she was scared of it. Not the toys fault really, just a thought to consider.
The idea of the toy is not a bad idea. Maybe the toy is better now but the model I have, I hate and wish we never got it.
