I use this product on my baby's feet and chest on nights he is congested. While we have a humidifier in his room along with plug-ins, I feel the vapor rub helps the most. It helps soothe and comfort him more in helping him breathe as he sleeps. Also a relaxing fragrance with the vapor scent to help calm him too.
