Really love this thermometer. It's great not have to worry about inserting it too far. It's also really nice to be able to put it down on a table without the end touching anything before you clean it. So much simpler to use than a standard design especially when your little one is fussing around. The illuminated display is easy to read as well.

I bought this thermometer as a first time mom and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Everything I read said this method was the most accurate, but the design of this product makes it easy and worry free to take baby's temp rectally. You can't put it in too far, it reads in just seconds, and I could do it during diaper change without my child even noticing. I like the cap too, to keep it covered. Highly reccommend.

We have had to use this many times and it works quite well. You don't have to put it in very far so the baby does not mind a bit, and it reads quickly.

This is the easiet thermometer to use. It is quick and very safe. The round shape keeps you from inserting it too far. The light is great for nighttime checks. I have been using it for a year now and have not encountered any problems. It has been thrown on the floor multiple times, and still works great. This is definitely a must for any new parent.

Ok..this was a fairly simple to use thermometer and was accurate when it worked. However it is a "reck%al" thermometer and we all know what happens to an infant when they get their temperature taken. Well that broke ours. Very disappointing. It's not like we dropped it in water or anything yes it did get "hit" pretty good while taking the temperature..but in my opinion it should have been able to withstand normal use more than 3 times before failing...........Choices are slim but I would not buy and keep looking.

As unpleasant as it is to take a temperature from the bottom, this thermometer is very reliable and so quick. I've purchased several others before and have thrown them all away. Now, if only I can find an ear thermometer that is this good.
