This product is great during the summer when my little one isn't sleeping well. I was so tired and needed to find something to help my 9 month son sleep better and this actually helped him to remain calm and fall asleep much easier. After about a week of constant use he was able to sleep so much better, even without the lavender. It's a little strong at first but it mellows as time goes on. The cartridge says 8 hours of use but the scent does linger for longer than that with the door closed. During the dry months, I would use the Vick's humidifier instead. It takes the same scented cartridges!

i got this for when daught had cold.....no how congested she can breathe through her nose so she can still suck her pacifier and we sleep all night yippeee...wish i had it when son had colds as a baby .. lots of sleepless nights
