I was really hoping after reading the reviews that this would be the miracle needed for my 3mo old's eczema. It is a great moisturizer that is non greasy and good for all over body use but it did not take care of the red creases at her elbows and knees. I will still use it after bath but need something else.

love the cram, but my daughter pointed out that it does not smell good at all, this is true, but the cream is so great that I just ignore the smell, besides you have to stick your nose up to your skin and sniff, so just don't do that and you are good!

My daughter has HORRIBLE eczema and dry skin. Since she was a newborn we have been struggling to keep it under control. Every once in a while, if I run out of Vanicream, I will try something else...and she will have a horrible flare-up. This is the only thing that has helped her. Not even the prescription lotions have worked this well.

My son has eczema and our doc recommended this product to us and it works wonders!. After using this product our need to apply other medication on our son has lessened so much that we don't have to use medicated products for a long time. We apply this product with in 3 minutes of bathing our son. It absorbs quickly, is easy to apply and a good lotion for summer time when it can get too hot and products like aquaphor ointment can be a bit greasy.

I use this cream on my 2yr old and she even loves it! It doesn't sting her face and it leaves her skin so soft! We've tried a lot of creams and nothing beats this one!

We used to have all sorts of lotion in our house for various purposes. This is all you need. We live in Arizona and it does the trick. We have super sensitive, eczema prone, overly dry type skin and it works wonderfully. Goes on thick, absorbs fully and stays well. Can use a bit as lip balm too.

My kids have dry skin, and it's so much worse in the winter. Forget regular baby lotions, this will help clear up dry skin and keep it baby soft!

Our 2 month old daughter developed a HORRIBLE full body rash that would linger for days every time we used lotion. We never used baby lotion but instead another lotion recommended for sensitive skin and allergies. Seemed that was giving her the rash! I found Vanicream online and it is a miracle cream! Jane is now 6 months old and we have NEVER seen that horrible rash again. I now use it too and love it. WELL WORTH THE PRICE!!

Although the lotion is a bit heavier than I expected it's helped so much with my daughters eczema that I can't complain. If you decide to try this product, just know you won't need to use much, and the bottle will last forever, which isn't a bad thing all in all considering it's a bit expensive. But again, a great product.

I love this! I am so happy to finally see it on here, I've been trekking all over trying to find it and having to special order it. this was recommended by my son's dermatologist for his eczema. he also has severe allergies so he can't use most products as they usually have some sort of nut oil in them. this one is pure and free of all yucky ingredients AND works AWESOMELY! his eczema all but disappears and it also brought my winter dried over-washed hands (with toddlers, I'm constantly washing something!) back to life.

My son's eczema is horrible ... so horrible his skin felt like sandpaper with scabs all over it!! red flare ups all over .. busting his skin.. been threw so many RX's with different doctors and different mothers opinion. .I found this on Diapers.com... I had never heard of it before I read all the reviews and decided to try it,it couldn't hurt and i feel better knowing I've done all I can to help him ... we ordered it on the 30th it came in the mail around lunch today I put some on a little place on his foot to make sure he was allergic,let that stay for 3 hrs ::no break outs any worse than before:: so I put it all over his body.AND AGAIN AFTER HIS BATH TONIGHT .. RESULTS within SECONDS! he was much happier and his skin is so baby soft i can still see the red patches and the cracking but he isn't crying and scratching all the time and his skin is so soft again!! My Pediatrician recomended vanicream when my son was 3 months old and developing terrible eczema. Within just a few days his skin was not only free of the ugly red scales, it was pink and rosey and perfect. I credit the vanicream. And at [$] for a pound its a great buy - the jar lasts us for a few months.I'm so glad to see this product here. When I first looked for it it was special order from the drugstore. I've been recomending it to friends for their babies, and am glad that it's now easier to find!

This product is a miracle product. My son (9 Months) had eczema all over his arms, legs, and face. I tried EVERYTHING- all different creams, oils, bath products, detergents, etc. I finally made an appointment with the dermatologist. I read about Vanicream and started using it, and within THREE DAYS, his eczema was COMPLETELY GONE!!!! I only wish I had found it sooner as my son had to suffer for so long. I ended up cancelling the dermatologist and I won't have to use any prescription creams!!!!

My 7 month old son has ezcema that has affected his head, face, trunk, arms and legs! It was awful and I had tried so many products including well known over the counter creams like baby Aveeno. Nothing seemed to work and at its worst we even had to use steroid ointments to calm the flare-ups. A friend recommended Vanicream based on what worked with her son (her son's dermatologist had recommended it). The results were amazing - we won't ever use anything else!
