I know this is what the dermatologist recommends, so I will continue to use it because baby doesn't need the extra fragrance, parabens, etc. absorbed into his skin every day, but boy do I miss that baby smell :/

I found this skin cream to be much too heavy for my use. I wanted something I could use on my face, in addition to my body. I plan to try the Lite Lotion made by this company to see if it would be better. I'm sure this cream works well for babies and children.

My son has sensitive/eczema prone skin and the colder weather has made it worse. After the first use his skin was noticeably better. It also works on my dry elbows. He loves it so much he pumped it all over his face and hair!

My daughter has sensitive skin and occasionally gets mild excema. We use this cream daily. The formula is really mild and very moisturizing and it definitely seems to help keep the excema from flaring up. We have been using it for about a year now and I won't switch to anything else!

I've tried many many different creams for my son's sensitive skin. I find this product to be best - it's not greasy and sticky. It also helps tame his eczema.

I use Vanicream and Free and Clear Clenser on my 9 month old, and his skin has made a dramatic turn around. He has very bad eczema on his cheeks and chest. I have perscription cream, but I know it is hard on his skin. I found this after reading several reviews... it has made all the difference. Is his eczema gone? No, but the dryness and inflammation is so much more under control. This product saved him from so much discomfort and irritation! Give this a try!

I love using this product on my 6 week old baby after every bath and in between since he has really bad eczema and skin tends to flare up right after bathing it works very well to keep skin hydrated and not oily. Has no smell to it but is fine with me since its paraben free and has no parfumes im really pleased it's really meant to work for people who have alot of sensitivity to smells and just about everything around them thats not Hypoallergenic.

Is is the best cream out there. Especially for kids with allergies and sensitive skin. I swear by it and lather up my little guy in it every day. Highly recommended!

My daughter has very dry skin and gets rough patches. During winter, we use Aquaphor but I wanted something less greasy for summer. Vanicream has been great! You have to rub it in pretty well, but it is light and moisturizing at the same time. My daughter's skin feels really soft the next day. I would definitely recommend this product!

Our pediatrician recommended this and as long time sufferers of eczema, I have to say it's wonderful. There is no scent and it goes on slightly heavy/greasy but gets absorbed pretty quickly. It has been working wonders on our dry winter skin.

I use this product in combination with Atopiclair (a non steroidal, expensive rx). It has worked great. We use it after his bath when he is still damp and also before bedtime we will reapply. We have tried alot of creams and this one seems to work well for us.

I was really hoping after reading the reviews that this would be the miracle needed for my 3mo old's eczema. It is a great moisturizer that is non greasy and good for all over body use but it did not take care of the red creases at her elbows and knees. I will still use it after bath but need something else.

love the cram, but my daughter pointed out that it does not smell good at all, this is true, but the cream is so great that I just ignore the smell, besides you have to stick your nose up to your skin and sniff, so just don't do that and you are good!
