I had an emergecny CS with my 4th baby and I wanted some support for my belly. I'm fairly thin, but my belly was pretty big and swollen after the CS. I got a size sm/med and it didn't really give me enough support. I would have preferred a little more compression...this just felt like I was wearing really high waisted underware.

I bought this product after my second c-section _ tried a couple stomach binders, but they didn't seem to work properly after my c-section. I was in a lot of pain and needed both additional support to lift the weight of my post-pregnancy belly off my incision and to help my belly go down (similar to a binder). I love these panties! Not only are they comfortable, they gave me the support I need and after just a week my stomach has gone down considerably (I started wearing them two weeks after my c-section) - I wish I'd had them after my first c-section. I highly recommend them - they are worth the investment.

Before I had my C-Section, I saw these and thought they looked ridiculous. AFTER the surgery, I found that I really needed support. Every time I stood up I felt like I had to carry my belly around. It was very painful and I had a really tough time. I remembered these panties and had my husband take me out to purchase them. I wore them almost 24/7. They are worth every penny. I also bought the Belly Bandit, which is great, but I didn't feel comfortable using it right away as it sat very near my incision. So, in short, I can't recommend these highly enough. My recovery was still difficult, but the support these gave to my uterus and my back made it much more bearable. On a less important note--they are a lot like Spanx and they helped me to fit into my pre-pregnancy pants :)

very comfortable. slimmed my post pregnancy belly, protected my incision, helped ease incision pain. i also wore with a compression belt while lounging at home and my belly was almost flat again after about 2 weeks.
