This is by far the best diaper rash cream that is out there. It's expensive, but worth it because it works so well so fast. I keep it on hand for really bad rash cases, which is rare with 2 of my kids, but the 3rd tends to regularly have problems, and so I use it almost daily with her to keep things looking and feeling good.
I only wish I could buy it here in a larger size.

My two week old got a bad diaper rash - red, raw and painful. I think we were overusing diaper wipes which can be harsh on sensitive newborn skin! Well, after a week of cleaning her with water only, thrice daily sitz baths, Desitin and butt paste, the diaper rash had hardly changed! Worried, I called the doc who recommended triple paste with every diaper change. It's thick, like toothpaste, and really adheres to and moistens the skin. We saw definite improvement within 24 hours and the rash was completely gone in 5 days! Happy, healthy baby = happy healthy parent! Will never use anything else!

I was VERY skeptical about this product because of the cost. However, my baby had a terrible diaper rash that wouldn't go away with the normal cream. I was willing to try anything and this came highly recommended. It worked. Also, my favorite thing about it is that it didn't sting when I put it on.

Simply the best and only diaper rash cream. This is soothing and remarkably effective. I keep one tube in the diaper bag and another at the changing table, though my son does not often get rashes. The few times he has gotten diaper rash (or even irritation), Triple Cream has healed it within a day or two.

This product saved my baby's bum! I tried other products with 40% Zinc Oxide and they actually didn't seem to heal my poor baby's raw bum...My sister told me about this product (worked really well on her baby's bum). I was a little hesitant because it is expensive but after 16 hours of using this product with every diaper change, my newborn's red, raw diaper rash was 90% gone! We continued to use it and the rash is 100% gone by 24 hours! It was amazing! I can't tell you how horrible this rash was, but if your poor baby have a red, raw horrible rash, this is the product you NEED! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again and again, well worth the money!

I ordered this because of the great reviews, i like it ALOT more than other creams tested! even the rx kind. my only complaint is that is seems to not adhere to their butt as much as i wouldlike and it hard to spread evenly cause its very sticky. and my 3 year old got into the tube no problem. so if it was harder to open for kids i would have loved it!

Triple Paste was recommended to me by our pediatric nursing department as the only cream they have seen work on healing diaper rashes. My daughter was 5 weeks old at the time the I bought this product and now at 4 months, we are faithful users of the cream. It literally works within a day to heal a rash and we apply it as preventative cream from time-to-time also. It works very quickly and better than Butt Paste, which was highly raved about.
No complaints from this mom about the paste!

Overall my son has extremely sensitive skin. When he was younger A&D worked the best because it seemed to let his skin heal quicker. The other products with zinc oxide protected but didn't help heal. Triple Paste REALLY does PROTECT AND HELPS HEAL. I make sure to apply when I know he has yet to go #2. But when he does get a rash it helps heal within a day.

My son had horrible diaper rash and we tried so many different products before finding this. This is the only thing that worked for us. His rash heals up within a day of use. It goes on easily but is thick and protective. I won't buy anything else. So glad we found something that soothed our son.

My first daughter had colic and was majorly proned to diaper rashes like all the time... We tried everything, and was almost resorting to using a prescription to keep her diaper rash at bay. But when my parent's bought this stuff to use. It worked like over night.. And trust me, her's were so bad she had blisters and her skin was cracked an bleeding... (usually from several rough bowel movements!) This stuff cleared it up in a day!

Now we have another child that was born in May of 2008 and she has thrush and with that comes some pretty bad diaper rashes... We have used this stuff on her and trust me, nothing works better. Nothing compaires to this product!! It goes on thick and stay on... even after a good bowel movement or urination!
