This stuff really does work pretty much overnight. My daughter was getting very sever diaper rash all the time, and until I found this product she was miserable and so was the rest of the family. Once I started using triple paste she no longer has an issue. Granted she still get a rash but this keeps it from ever getting worse than a slight redness.
The only reason I said "Messy" is because it comes in a tub that you have to stick your finger into. As long as you have a wipe ready to clean your finger it's not bad; however, sometime I do get cream on her body while I'm trying to finish closing her diaper. So worth it though!

this is the only thing I use on my son and it works perfectly! he has very sensitive skin and gets diaper rashes all the time. triple paste is the only thing that helps so i use it every day!

i discovered this product at my pediatrician's office after having my second child. This stuff provides immediate relief and I still use it on my now 4-year-old. I wasted so much time and money buying other products before triple paste. My poor first child suffered through many a bad diaper rash. Definitely worth the money!

Triple Paste is our go-to product when our baby has a nasty diaper rash. Our pediatrician recommended Triple Paste when our son had his first bad diaper rash at just a couple of weeks of age. We had tried just about everything else and nothing had worked. Triple Paste cleared it up in just one day. We do not use it everyday, but anytime a new diaper rash flares up we treat it with Triple Paste and it continues to be very effective.

I am a pediatrician and a parent of a toddler. My daughter has sensitive skin and gets diaper rashes easily. I had tried Butt Paste, California Baby and wound up using Weleda for a while. When she started daycare, she got a severe rash, with yeast and a boil. We got it under control but I was worried about that happening again. I had heard Triple Paste was excellent so I tried it and I was really amazed. I bought it for home and daycare and she has not been even red since. It's given me true peace of mind knowing that I don't have to worry about that diaper rash recurring. I don't know why it's so much better than the others but it truly is better.

When my daughter got her first diaper rash, I immediately called my friend, a dermatologist with three young children, for advice. He said hands down Triple Paste is the thing to use. He was not lying.

I slathered it on liberally and within one application, her rash was noticeably less severe. Very quickly it was completely cleared up. Now I use it at the first sign of any irritation, and I can honestly say that my 14-month-old has only ever had two cases of diaper rash worth mentioning.

OMG!!! I couldn't believe how fast this cream worked for my daughter. It is amazing!! I had a second thought about buying it because of the price, but once I did I was so happy. She developed a rash two days before my cream got here. Once it got here I put it on her and that same day the rash was no longer red, it was light pink. The best!!!

Although the product is pricey, it is absolutely the best there is. My husband and I use the product at any signs of redness from diaper rash, and it begins working immediately to provide comfort for my little one. His diaper rash has consistently cleared within a day using this product. Plus, a little bit goes a long way. We have been using the same jar on my 16 month old since he was born, and we still have about 1/3 of the jar left!

I haven't found a better cream yet! We're on baby #3 and have tried many many different diaper rash creams, and this works amazing every time. It's extremely gentle, so it doesn't sting raw, red, sensitive baby skin like almost all the other white zinc creams do. It's very thick so it stays on baby's skin and creates a great barrier to allow healing time. It works super quick too...gets rid of red irritation within 1 day or less on my baby. Love it!!!

My pediatrician recommended this when my newborn had a bad diaper rash and desitin and aquaphor just didn't help. I couldn't believe the price when I first bought it but it's worth every penny. It cleared up the rash after one use. I've been using it ever since and he's never had another rash. This stuff is the best!!

I bought this product after looking at the reviews. My baby has very sensitive skin and I wanted to see if there was something a little less expensive than the California Baby Diaper Cream or Desitin (which I mix with Crisco to make a better moisture barrier). After one use, my poor baby developed bad rashes everywhere in his diaper area, not just the bottom. So sad, that this did not work for us, I had to dump the big tub.

Only option that finally worked on my fair skinned son's diaper rash. We tried A&D, desitin, butt paste (loved the smell but didn't cure his rash), prescription fungal ointment and polysporin.

No butts about it! Triple Paste is the best diaper rash ointment. As a first time parent with no brand preference, I tried various ointments before deciding this to be most effective at minimizing my infant son's diaper rash. Triple Paste seems thicker than other ointments and doesn't rub off as quickly. By applying generous amounts each diaper change, rashes rarely occur. In fact, I feel much better providing Triple Paste to others who change him at day care since diaper change quality varies.
