I use this on both of my kids with eczema ages 10 months and 4 years. It doesn't sting which is nice and it helps but doesn't seem to help anymore than Eucerin or other thick skin creams. I expected more from the reviews and the price.

After trying almost everything for my son's eczema, I finally found something that worked WONDERS! If I notice that my son is getting a "spot" I immediately treat it with this cream and almost overnight I notice a difference. It is a thick cream which is great but the fact that it is non-oily makes it even better. I would recommend this over Aquaphor (which I also really love, so this is saying a LOT) anyday.

My 10-month-old's eczema has completely cleared up after 2 months of using this cream twice a day (it got better and better each day, and we never used anything medicated). It was originally given to me by a family friend who happens to be a pediatric dermatologist, as I didn't want to use hydrocortisone, which can have longterm effects on the skin. We went through our first 2 tubes so fast that I decided to just splurge on this tub, and I'm so glad I did!

I also use it on my own little eczema flare-ups, and I love how it feels. It soothes on contact, and it's definitely thick enough to coat dry patches, but it absorbs pretty quickly so you don't feel all greasy. I will keep using this as my daughter grows, and on any future children we have :)
