This is thicker than what I thought it would be. I thought it would simply keep my son from chewing on the crib, but its soft and thick enough to prevent bumps on the head. Fit perfectly and was easy to tie on.

These side rail protectors could be improved. My daughter is still able to chew on the front corners of the rails that are not covered, and also pull them back and chew underneath. Now I have towels wrapped around the corners to protect them. If they made the front ends capped they would be great.

I got these just in time! My daughter has 2 teeth and can pull up in the crib. I have wonderbumpers on the slats, but I love having these on the rails as well. They are a nice cushion and they are protecting her convertible crib (which she will have for may years to come).
