Comments about City X3 Swivel Double Stroller - Classic Black:

Mother of 2 year old and 3 month old, have had this stroller for 2 weeks & I love it. It provides a very smooth and comfy ride for both children. I was looking for something for both children to nap in while I walk the neighborhood to shop and do errands. The width is perfect, fits easily through doorways and the stroller is so light and easy to maneuver. Looking forward to taking it to the beach. Big wheels will be great in sand. Cons- a larger basket underneath would be better (I was spoiled with the size of the basket from my uppababy). It is also bulky when folded but what double stiller isen't?
I did a ton of research and this is an excellent product. I am very happy with my purchase.

Comments about City X3 Swivel Double Stroller - Classic Black:

Have had it for six months and it works great. I first had the bob twin for a few weeks and the front fabrics came apart from that frame after the third stroll. The circle silver things broke off the fabric and the twins didn't look comfortable at all as the bob seats sag a little which I didn't know until we had it. I tried this tike tech at a birthday party down the street shortly after getting the bob and decided to go for it. I always see bob and tike tech compared to each other and I can say I like this better. It has great canopies, nice padded seats and seems not as bulky as the bob. For me, this is the best value out there if you are looking for a twin with the big air wheels.

Comments about City X3 Swivel Double Stroller - Classic Black:

I don't write many reviews.... I bought this stroller back in May for my 2 yr old and now 7 month old. They fit well in it and comfortably. We have already been to the beach in it, where it handle great in the sand and through the airport where I used it all the way up to the gate. I use it for walking and shopping. There are a couple dislikes... The front bar comes off too easy my older child can kick it off, the material is already wearing down a bit and it has broke on me!! The seat backs are made of partical board and the top of one of the seat snapped in half! I'm not rough with it so I don't think for the money it should have broke. I'm still waiting 4 weeks on a replacement from the manufacture, they said I could fix it myself or have the lumber store cut me a new piece. I'm on the border of returning it for a different one or fixing it and hoping it doesn't break again. It's still a good stroller but if u want a great stroller I'd save money for the BOB, I have used one and love them !

Comments about City X3 Swivel Double Stroller - Classic Black:

This stroller is definitely the best double "big wheel" stroller out there! We think in every possible way it's better than the other more expensive double strollers we've had (and ended up selling).

Super easy to assemble, it was ready in no time at all (you literally unfold it, snap the wheels on (and add a little air to the tires), and add the basket). It is an exceptionally smooth ride (the suspension has a lot of give, so bumps are no problem at all), and it is so easy to push and maneuver through doors, small spaces, etc. - even with just one child. We love the large seat canopies, all of the storage space, and the ease with which you can adjust the kids' straps, and we highly recommend buying the all-season cover, which has also been top-notch (it protects the kids really well, has an awesome "window" in the front so you don't have to take the cover off every time you want to talk to your children or go inside, and it actually stays on the stroller (with velcro) even on a very windy day). The one initial CON was that the seats seemed not to come to a full upright position, but after some tightening of the adjustment straps in the back, it was possible.

We can not say enough about this superb stroller, which was truly a pleasant surprise!

Comments about City X3 Swivel Double Stroller - Classic Black:

I love this stroller. I went with this one because I initially saw it at a local park and just loved the look. The color in the park was the red version (which was nice) but I went with the Black instead. It also has a ton of features such as good storage room (amazing what I can fit in this when going to the local parks and the kiddos love the view!) - two huge back pockets behind the seat. There are also little pockets in each of the seat sides for the kids to put a small toy or rocks they find, etc. The canopy shade is awesome and has a few different positions you can place the canopies in and they work independently which is very smart. I also love that the accessories are not super-expensive. I got the cup holder which is great but one suggestion is not to over fill the middle pocket or it will sag a little. I have the rain cover and the little bag which are great as well. I've been using this stroller almost daily for one year. I go everywhere with this stroller and so far we have been able to get through all doors. I would recommend this stroller. It is great value and suitable for an active lifestyle with two kids.

I am a huge fan of this stroller. I had the single tike tech and with the birth of our twins I decided to go with this twin model. We have the Black version which is very sporty looking. For a twin stroller, it feels rather light to push and the kids seem to really love riding in this stroller. It is also not to wide as we have not had an issue going through doorways. This was an important feature for me when deciding on a twin stroller. I have had good steady use of this stroller now for a year with no issues. We mostly use it in the neighborhood but we also take it to Cape Cod when we visit my in -laws. All around I would say this is one fantastic stroller.

Comments about City X3 Swivel Double Stroller - Classic Black:

We own this double stroller for 1 year and LOVE it. I bought it for my then 2 yr old and 3 month old daughters. I did a lot of research on easy-to-maneuver double strollers. Why I bought it was simple: it reclines completely so my newborn could ride in it, had to have very big sun canopies (none stretches out as long as this one!), easy to pop on and take off wheels, fits through standard sized doors, and a very neutral design (picked the black one, it looks very elegant/sporty). The underneath storage is great too. It has inside pockets on each seat to put juice box or a snack in it. We received so many compliments. We even took this stroller to the beach and it was no problem to steer in the sand as you can lock the front wheel. One small negative point was that the black long foamy grip of the handlebar had a few cuts in it. Even after reordering (it was a pain to get it all wrapped up to the post office) the new stroller had same cuts in similar spots which indicates a manufacturing or packing problem at TikeTech. Just remember if you do like to have it exchanged it is only available online and sometimes they run out of stock and you have to wait for it to come back in (as in my case). This is truly an awesome stroller with great features and for a great price! Enjoy your Tike TEch City X3 Swivel!

Absolutely loved the look of this stroller and really liked the large individual canopy shades. However this stroller is completely falling apart on me. Within three months of purchasing this stroller several things have gone wrong... Both of the push buttons in the child safety harnesses have broke off, leaving no way to unbuckle my kids from their seats, the front wheel has fallen off twice while in use, one of the rear tires needs to be taken into a shop to replace or fix the air valve/ inner tube, etc. Thankfully diapers.com has had wonderful customer service. I returned my stroller to them at no shipping cost towards me and once they receive the stroller I am guaranteed a full refund.

After reading some of the reviews I was compelled to do a review myself as this is just an awesome stroller. Like so many other parents, we are always looking for great value in all of our purchases for the family. I tested a few strollers and decided to go with this tike tech as this stroller offered the best value. I did look over the Bob revolution and I did not like that at all. In fact, the seat straps on that stroller were larger than the tike tech and it just felt bulky. I tried folding the Bob and I can say it was not an easy fold. I also like the fabric feel of the canopy and seats on the tike tech better than all the strollers I tested. The only issue I have had with this stroller was a flat tire. I did send tike tech an email and was very pleased with the customer service they offered. I would 100% recommend this stroller.

I chose this stroller over the BOB Duallie Revolution because this one has very similar specs and it is less expensive; however, every time I use this stroller I regret my purchase. First the negatives: the stroller pulls strongly to the right no matter how much I fiddle with the swivel wheel. the harness straps will not tighten enough for my infant (they are also not easy to tighten). The seat is not deep enough for my infant to ride comfortably--she slides down. The positives: smooth ride (although it does pull to the right), large sunshade. I have contacted Tike Tech's customer service multiple times and feel they give the illusion of helpfulness--send us pictures, try fiddling with that, send us the stroller back and we'll look at it. All stall tactics I think. I should not have to fiddle with a [$] stroller this much. Also sending it back would probably cost $100. I am seriously considering purchasing a BOB Duallie now. I would not even want to resell this stroller because I would feel too guilty to strap someone else with these problems.

I've had the tike tech twin city for about 6 months now and it is an incredible stroller! It rolls so smoothly and is so easy to fold up to put in the car. My kids love riding in it which makes going shopping and to the zoo a lot easier! I would definitely recommend this stroller to any parent. Really great construction and feels so sturdy. I had the single city but had to upgrade to a double, but the single was just as great.

My cousin has the double BOB stroller and I gave it a try when I was visiting, but I just didn't like it. It doesn't feel as sturdy as my stroller and it didn't roll as smoothly and it was harder to fold up. When she told me how much she spent on it I was soooo glad I got the Tike Tech!

I had a few problems that came up when I first got my stroller. The strap covers were unraveling (not such a big deal) but more importantly I read reviews about the front wheel falling off and I did have this at first, but later realized that I was missing a bolt. If you have problems with this make sure you have all 4 nuts, two on each side of the tire because that might be your problem. My bigger prob was that my saftey latches would not latch so I called Diapers.com [...] Since I got my new stroller I had all the proper parts and my safety latches worked. My kids love the stroller. I have a very tall 3 yr old who fits easily and a 1 yr old greatly enjoy their ride. I have only used it for walking so far but hope to try it out running soon. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

Also the quality is not nearly as nice as it looks online. After a few months, the bottom basket ripped and the tires went flat. Overall...a little pricey for the quality.

Comments about City X3 Swivel Double Stroller - Classic Black:

I spent months researching double strollers. I was so excited about this one when I first got it. I thought I was getting a high-quality stroller for a decent price- wrong! The front wheel randomly falls off when in use. I'm 5'3" & have a VERY hard time reaching over the handle bar to unlock the stroller & fold it. I have also wrestled to get this stroller to even fold once I've managed to unlock the latches. Both seat backs have snapped while trying to fold it & I had the seats all the way up. It is also a lot bigger folded than some other double jogging strollers. On a positive note, it pushes great & has huge canopies. I expected a lot more for my money, though!

I purchased this stroller after reviewing and looking at several double strollers over the past month. I thought that this stroller would be the best suitable for my two kids and for the price. I wanted an all-purpose stroller for outside and everyday use running around the stores, etc. After putting the stroller together I noticed the stitching by the front tire had already started to unravel about 1/2 inch leaving a small hole in the fabric exposing the frame of the stroller. Another negative was that the stroller seat backs don't sit up all the way or even close to it. I have a two year old who likes to sit up straight. [...] The Bumbleride, BOB and Valco Double strollers were my 2nd choices because of the price but I spent the extra money to purchase a Valco Baby Twin Tri-Mode Stroller. I need something that is very durable. Well worth it.
