I have used this warmer for my son who is now 6 and for my twins who are now 19 months. It works Great I Love It. I used it mostly to warm their bottles. I am greatful to now pass it on to a friend.

For the first two months after I was released from the hospital, I felt this product was completely useless and was ready to put it into storage. Mostly because it was just an overall added amount of work to the feeding process. But, lately I've had a complete change of heart. My daughter is formula fed and was receiving Enfamil Newborn until just recently I had to switch her to Similac for financial reasons. Similac is harder on my babe's little tummy and heating the formula up prior to feeding her in this bottle warmer significantly reduces her fussiness during eating and her stomach cramping and gas after eating. Now I heat every bottle and am extremely grateful that it works quicker than the hot-water-in-the-sink approach. The cooler on the back of it works well to keep the bottles in there cool so it's less work for me at night. So, in short, I am very glad to have this bottle warmer and so is my baby.

I can't recommend this product to anyone. It warms up bottles fine after you figure out which water line works best for you. At first I followed the manufacturer recommended amount of water but found it wasn't appropriate for my bottles and how much they were filled. So I figured that out and we used it every day anywhere from 2-5 times for 4 months. During that 4 months it seemed to heat fast and well. But after 4 months of use, the green light indicating the product is heating is staying on and the warmer will not turn off. It boiled one bottle of formula which bubbled up and spilled over into the warmer (which I of course had to throw out that formula). I tried unplugging it to reset it, but it is definitely broken and the unit is now a fire hazard.
Also worth noting is that Dr. Brown's standard nipple 8 oz tall bottles do not fit in the cooler part of this product. The bottles are too tall and you can't put the lid of the cooler on securely so they don't stay cold.

The warmer of this unit works well. brings 4 oz. bottles to room temp or just warmer than room temp in about 3 minutes. The cooler part doesn't work great for me - 8 oz. Dr. Brown's bottles don't fit inside with the top securely closed so they won't stay cold through the night. While I'm still using the 4 oz. size bottles it works, but once I have to move up to the 8 oz. the cooler will be useless. A better buy would be a warmer with no cooler and then buy a separate munchkin bottle cooler bag.

The convenience of having a bottle warmer in your bedroom is amazing! Unfortunately this one only lasted 90 days and shorted out. We used it once a night and it stopped working.

I asked My First Years for a refund or return - No response.

I would go with Munchkin Digital Bottle Warmer and Cooler. $15 more - but worth it.

at first i loved this product because i was able to store bottles in cooler and warm it up without having to leave my bedroom, saving me a trip downstairs in the middle of the night. Unfortunately this warmer did not work as well as i wished it would.. at least with the drop in bottles that is. Even though i followed all the directions properly and put the exact amount of water into the warmer, it still made my bottles too hot to give to baby right away and it even melted my playtex premium nursers. Sometimes it would over heat the fluids so much that i had to discard the milk thinking that it practically killed all the nutrients in it. Now i am using the dr. browns wide neck bottles (i have a gassy baby) and the warming compartment works fine again.. HOWEVER, the wide neck bottles do not fit into the cooler. the cooler is made to hold 2 standard size bottles but only one wide neck. i would still recommend this product though just not with the drop in style bottles

this item works well but the on button was broken on it wen i opened it so i have to stick sumthin in it wen i wanna use it. i was so mad wen i saw it was broke but it does work good and doesnt take too long.

Warming bottles is easy and straightforward with this product. I will say that we started using this with the drop-in style bottles with less than 2oz of breastmilk, and we found that it routinely got the milk too hot. Once we switched to standard bottles with more milk 2-3oz.we found that it heated the bottles perfectly. It's not instant, takes a few minutes to heat (I've never timed it though). Because we keep this in our kitchen I've never used the cooling/storage area but it seems easy to set up, we just don't need it because the refrigerator is 3 feet away.
