This product is seriously the Best nipple cream(butter) I have ever used!!! I recommend this product to every breast feeding mother:) I wish someone would have told me about this product 1st :) before I went through so many others and major sore cracked nipples. But praise God I found this amazing stuff and I can tell u about it 1st!
Were getting ready to have our 2nd and I'm definitely going to have to buy some more of this life saver butter! I promise you won't regret it:)

I'm very surprised that this has all (albeit only two) 5 star reviews! Maybe the one I got is bad, but I found the product to be sandy....yes, that's right, SANDY. Not a good thing to rub on your nipples.

It really works - instant relief. I've tried the Medela lanolin and that's okay but this is better.
