Comments about Jet Stroller - Spiro-Navy & Gray:

We bought this for our first trip when our daughter was 5 months old. It worked great for that and we all loved it. It's not the sturdiest thing and one of the handles ripped on the way home (perils of gate checking I guess). I don't know what happened, but now it is almost impossible to steer. It turns when you want to go straight; it won't turn when you want it to. I feel like I can't win and wish I had spent more on a quality umbrella stroller that we could use for a couple of years rather than one we now need to replace after a few months.

We got this stroller to help us navigate the airport during the holidays. We have an active 1.5 year old, and we decided that our current stroller (Orbit) was too big and clunky to take on the plane.

This stroller seems nice and sturdy, easy to put up and down, and is much smaller and easier to turn. Wish I hadn't spent so much on the Orbit.

                Sorry, but very disappointing

Comments about Jet Stroller - Spiro-Navy & Gray:

We had a Maclaren Triumph since the time our 2 year old was 6 months old, and loved it, did a lot of travelling with it, and it was a piece of cake to open, close, and carry while riding trains in cities like New York and London. Sadly we had to replace it after a bad stomach bug...
I decided to go for something more affordable this time around since we won't be using it for that much longer. In the pictures this stroller looks nearly identical to Maclaren. But here is where paying attention to the dimensions/measurements REALLY matters, particularly length and width.
What I liked: it is lightweight, and the handles are very tall. Also it comes with a console with cup holders and a place for keys, phone, small toys, etc. which is rare in these lightweight umbrella strollers. We also liked the brakes, actually better than in Maclaren strollers.
What I disliked but was willing to tolerate: closing it is hard and requires a serious kick, we constantly kick the bottom while walking, steering is rather poor, and the basket underneath as well as the sun canopy are barely useable (this final issue is a similar problem with Maclarent strollers).
The deal breaker: it is simply TOO darn small! We are hoping to get at least another year's worth of use out of it, possibly more for travel. Already our son looks like a--very squished, uncomfortable--giant when he sits in it. Granted, our son is very tall for his age, but he is thin and still looks like he's busting out of the stroller. I have no idea how it would hold up to 55 lbs, seriously. We are saving this stroller for emergencies only, but after a few really bad experiences, we decided to break the budget and splurge on a Maclaren Volo. Maybe we'd gotten spoiled, but the 1st Years Jet doesn't even come close!

Really easy to use, baby is comfortable in it. The sunshade doesn't really do much shading, and it doesn't steer very well. I wouldn't want to go for long walks with it, but it is perfect to have in the car for running errands, and for airports. Not a ton of storage space, but that's probably why its such a nice size and weight.

I got this to use as a lightweight stroller and honestly didn't expect anything great because of the cheap price. The handles are a bit short for me and I'm average height-5.6 but keep tripping on the back wheels. Other than that its pretty sturdy and folds up easily. The underneath basket is nice but small but the compartments in-between the handles are a huge bonus.

I bought this to use when travelling with my toddler. Easy to steer and step-up. One fault i have is that it doesn't recline when he felt asleep.

Love this stroller - bought it for short trips around the city and for travelling (car, plane, train). It's lightweight, easy to carry and steer and my little one is comfortable sitting in it. The adjustable recline is a bit of a joke, but is angled enough so that my toddler is relaxed enough to fall asleep if tired enough. Great stroller for the money and is exactly what I wanted/needed!

We bought this stroller for travel on planes, trains and quick trips around the city. It's very lightweight, folds and unfolds easily, is sturdy, and has survived many a gate-check. It's also nice and tall which is a plus for dad and me (we're 6'4 and 5'8). The "recline" feature is a bit of a joke, but the little one loves it, is comfortable and will fall asleep in it if he's tired enough. We've been more than thrilled with this purchase especially for such a great price!

Comments about Jet Stroller - Spiro-Navy & Gray:

This is exactly what I wanted. We looked for a very long time for an umbrella stroller that had a sunshade (Texas- it's 110 out!), small basket to hold my purse, and the cloth cup holder/zippered pouch is a bonus I didn't expect. We bought it for running errands around town. I have a newborn who is always in a sling, and wanted an easy-to-use lightweight stroller for my 2 year old. She won't use it more than 6mo-1yr, and by then the baby will probably be out of the sling, and ready for it.Easy to open/close.5pt harness, so my daughter does not try to grab the wheels. She wants to in strollers with only the waist buckles.I'm 5ft, my DH is 5ft 6in, and the tall handles make it so that he doesn't need to hunch over to push the stroller!CONS: The wheels fold up against the hood, but you can just keep a hand towel/washcloth in the car to put between them if the wheels are dirty or wet. Mine is navy, so it wipes clean easily anyway. It does not fully recline- certainly enough for my daughter to be comfortable if she's tired (she's never slept in a carseat or stroller), but it doesn't lay flat. Probably 45deg.
