I used this with my son from the time he was 4 months old until he turned 1. It was easy to clean, portable, easy to use, and fairly quiet. I've never used any other pump so I really don't have anything to compare it to, but I did feel like it should have pumped more milk every time. I used it at work when my son went to daycare and we ended up having to supplement with formula at times when I couldn't produce enough.

The thing I want to comment on most is the customer service. After about 6 months of use it greatly lost suction. I called the company to ask if there were any replacement parts I could buy or a way to fix it and the customer service representative was really nice and patient. She asked me to try a few things and after none of them worked she said she would just send me a new pump. It arrived in 2 days. Even though I was disappointed with how much milk it produced, I feel like I got more than my money's worth with the product, especially considering I ended up with 2 for the price of 1, and was extremely happy with the customer service.

I have been using the MiPump (single) for a few weeks now. I only pump about twice a day and am finding that this pump is losing it's suction already. The first couple times I used this pump I absolutely hated the noise and the way it felt on my nipples by I have grown to find the vibration on my nipples to be soothing on days that I'm sore and I've nearly gotten used to the noise. I am currently in the process of choosing a replacement. The breastflow bottles are great!

I bought this pump a few months before my son was born. I started using it when I returned to work and after only a few months the cord went bad then the pump itself started losing power. Now it shuts off randomly and has hardly any suction. I am not impressed by this machine. Despite it being fairly cheap compared to the others, it still should last more than 6 months...

I have 5 children and this is the first time i bought a pump this pump is terrible it leaks and is loud takes forever to pump it is very uncomfy on the breast and nipple. my son was born in july 2012 and i have used it for almost 3 weeks and it is already not working proper one side does not work at all now.. not for a regular basis use... I would not tell anyone to buy this pump i would say if your going to be pumping on a regular basis then spend the extra monwy to get a good one ... i am in search of a new pump now i would say this pump can only handle a few times a week not a few times a day very unhappy

I originally rented a hospital grade pump as my son had feeding problems and I was pumping 10-12 times daily. I finally decided to try out the single mi pump I'd received as a shower gift and was surprised to find I had the same output! I did find that on first use the milk was pulled into the tubing, but it has not happened since. Now that my son is older (8 months) and needs more time with me I purchased the double. I don't know why I waited so long!I tried the playtex double pump in the same price range and was so uncomfortable and even developed plugged ducts. This little guy has never let me down, and even if it stops working it's priced right to replace!

While in the hospital I used the Ameda breastpump which worked wonderful. Especially if you're having difficulty getting the milk to flow. When I returned home I decided to purchase BreastFlow Mini Pump, which I found to be poor in the sunction department and the breast cups are too soft/flexible (unlike the Ameda and Medela pumps) which requires that you old them tight on your breast or there will be leakage/loss of milk. ugh. I am now going spend the money and purchase the Medela pump.

I used this pump shortly after having my daughter when my milk first came in. I hurt sooo bad. With this pump I was lucky to get an oz out of each breast, so I was constantly full. Plus, it made my nipples so sore I couldn't stand to use it. It also had a huge problem with milk getting into the tubing. Tried to use it for about 2 weeks. Ended up putting it away in the closet and getting a medela.

I love this pump! I had the Advent prior and just one day, it stopped working. I looked all over online to find another pump. This one had mixed reviews, but I went for it any way!
I have a larger chest (36DD, 40 E during pregnancy), so I was nervous that it wouldn't pump well, but it was to my surprise better than I expected. In a 20 min time, I can pump 10 oz, 5 each side. The hold bar makes it easy to continue to have one hand free. It's so much smaller and more portable than others. Definitely worth the price!

With my first child i purchased the medela pump for $350 and it no longer works. I purchased this pump with my 2nd child I was shocked because this works just as well as the expensive pumps so far!

I really enjoy using this pump. It isn't loud at all and is comfortable. I am very large chested and this pump works well for me. Very good for the money.

this pump was great until one day it wouldnt work, it just would not turn on. So i basically wasted money on this because i cannot return it and can only get replacement parts. suction was okay but if you are a working mom and need something to pump your milk quick this is not the pump for you!!

When I had my first 2 kids, I purchased the Ameda Purely Yours breast pump. With my 3rd kid, we were back in the market looking for a breast pump. I was looking for a great product at an affordable price and this was perfect!

Pretty good pump, especially for the price. suction is strong and not too loud. only problem is sometimes the valve sticks and milk goes into the tubing, so check you valves before every use. I can get 6 ounces in about 7-10 minutes. I only use it 2-3 times a week.
