I went through three bottle systems before we tried this one. My baby has far less gas and she seems to really enjoy the nipple combination and how it works (it really is most like the breast). Switching from breast to bottle wasn't so bad with these bottles.

I work in the med field and had to be away from my very very very hungry little son. he refused to take any bottle, pacy or nipple other then mine. he would gag on the longer nipple style of other bottles. with these bottles he latched on and ate like a champ. my only issue was washing them was a bit of a pain...but then again for my other children i used the doc browns and those bottles are a REAL PAIN to wash lol.

My son loves this bottle. We tried so many others and he hated them..with this bottle he goes between breast and bottle with no issues which makes it so nice for daddy or grandparents to be able to help out with feeding. Not sure it helps with gas but it is easy to use with only two pieces! My only con is that the cap it comes with doesn't allow for the bottle to be one piece for traveling. I would love it if it had a seal to put between the nipple and the bottle so the bottle could stay as 1 unit for traveling as opposed to loose nipple pieces and then the bottle.

This is the BEST possible bottle to use if you are a working mom and your baby goes between nursing and a bottle. With the "double" nipple, milk flows like it would from a breast so it's not too easy to drink from and your baby won't get lazy on the breast. I recommend this bottle to every nursing mom I meet. The set also comes with lids so you can store milk in the fridge.

I was exclusively breastfeeding and got these bottles in hopes that my son would take bottles as well, he takes most bottles but I like these the best! I love how wide the nipple is, I can see how it would help a breastfed baby.

i thought i would try this for my 7 wk old because i wanted him to get used to the occasional bottle of milk. well he hated it. and the outer nipple filled with milk. i didn't see how it was suposed to mimic the breast when all the milk is between the outer and inner nipples. tried closer to nature type nipples and bottle and he took to it right away. waste of money for me.

Our baby was in the NICU for several days and had difficulty nursing because she became so used to the bottle. Our lactation consultant had us use these to help transition our daughter back to the breast - they require baby to use both suction and compression to feed, which is more similar to breastfeeding. Within about a week, she was back to nursing successfully. She now goes from breast to bottle without difficulty. Be sure to use the flat bottle lids that come with the bottles when traveling, otherwise, milk can leak through the nipple lids.

With both of my babies, I had a low-milk supply, but I still wanted to breastfeed. My two-month old was starting to have "nipple confusion" and getting fussy while nursing. I think he was frustrated that the milk came too slowly from me, and too fast from the bottle. These bottles made the transition so much easier. I can nurse him for a while and then feed him from these bottles without any struggle. It has made breastfeeding a little longer possible!

Due to my baby starting in the NICU I was forced to bottle feed him expressed breastmilk for 3 weeks and I was required to fortify my breast milk even after he went home to maintain weight gain. Needless to say he had latch issues and we really were struggling with breastfeeding. I thought I would give this bottle a try to see if it could help with maintaining proper use of compression and sucking. I figured I had nothing to lose and to be honest I was doubtful this bottle would deliver all it promised to. Well, I was in for a surprise. i knew it was "working" when I saw that he behaved the same way with the bottle as he did during breastfeeding (same sounds and reactions) but the best indicator was how long he took the bottle. He would usually finish a "regular" bottle in 10-15 minutes but with the Breastflow bottle he spent the same amount of time as he would if he was breastfeeding. I'm a believer now! The Breastfloww forces him to take his time and it has reduced his spitting up after eating. He definitely still spits up but not as large of a quantity.
I gave the product 4 stars because though it's great and delivers on its promises it has a lot of parts to clean and you have to read the instructions on how to empty the nipple and to confirm that your baby is using the bottle properly. It also can leak a little if the nipples aren't in the ring properly but you will get the hang of it. I would not recommend this for parents who expect to use this bottle like any other bottle. In other words, if your baby nurses at the breast for 1 hour then you should expect close to the same result when using this product. That's why I don't use it for night feedings, my husband and I need our sleep. Overall a great product for breastfeeding mothers.

I purchased a total of 8 bottles from different vendors (therefore-not a bad batch of bottles). I can deal with the milk getting trap in the nipples, but not with the bottles leaking terribly. I wanted these bottles because they simulate the breast nipples, but after having my pumped breast milk leaking out and not being able to reseal the bottle; I switched them out for Tommee Tippee. Don't waste your money. I wrote to the company and received no responses.

I had a hard time finding a bottle that my exclusively breastfed baby didnt choke on. This simulated breastfeeding better than any other bottle I tried. She switches b/t breast and bottle with ease (and she is a high maintenance baby!). They are somewhat of a pain to wash, but it's not a big deal really. The milk does get trapped but you will get good at getting almost all of it out. The outer nipple will compress, but that is supposed to do that. My baby will drink an entire bottle with the nipple collapsed most of the time. No issues there. These are great!

We LOVE these bottles! Our second child had a very difficult time taking the regular evenflo glass bottles we used with our first child. He apparently has a very sensitive gag reflux and would fuss and gag dramatically every time my husband tried to feed him -- VERY frustrating. I decided to try these because of the shorter nipple and they have worked great! I would highly recommend them to breastfeeding moms!

LOVE it! Our 3rd baby would not start taking a bottle here and there of expressed breastmilk - she didn't like the nipples of any of the other brands we tried. This brand was suggested and she is now taking a bottle!! It's enough like nursing with how the nipple compresses and all she seems to think it's an 'ok' substitute as long as it still tastes like mom!
