Very soft tip with good suction and you can open up the bottom so that you can actually see inside when you clean it! Best one I have.

Incredibly difficult to compress, and then hardly sucks any snot out. We threw it in the recycling.

Comments about American Red Cross Hospital Style Nasal Aspirator:

I have used this nasal aspirator for 2 years now. It is the only one that I turn to. At first use, the aspirator is hard to squeeze but it gets easier. It's plastic, you have to soften it up. I think the tip is fine. It prevents you from shoving it up your child's nose too far! I am glad that soap.com sells these! I am overseas, so I have to order them online.

Comments about American Red Cross Hospital Style Nasal Aspirator:

This comes with the Red Cross safety kit which has many useful things..... this aspirator however is NOT one of them. It is really tough to use. The plastic is so thick it doesn't squeeze well. It doesn't hold much air which makes it not able to suction well at all. Also the nozzle part is way too big and short for tiny little nostrils. I do NOT recommend this product at all. My favorite one is the Little Noses with the angled tip. That one comes apart for easy cleaning too.

I've tried several times to use this aspirator, but the plastic is impossible to squeeze. It's just too hard to get any kind of suction with it. I ended up giving it to my son to use as a teether.
