Comments about Baby Spring Float Sun Canopy - Teal:

We bought this for a recent trip to Vegas.

Pros: light weight, easy to set up, blocks sun if needed.

We really liked this product & our 11 month old baby boy did too. We cruised around the pool & the lazy river & didn't have to worry because he was secure & protected from the sun.

Cons: I had trouble folding back into bag, but could just be me.

Comments about Baby Spring Float Sun Canopy - Teal:

Love its 'portability'... just fold and stick it back in the package which comes with a shoulder strap for carrying.

I'm not sure what the problem is for other users having trouble inflating it. It's like any other blow up... and is so small it's easily blown up with your mouth. You do have to bite on it to open the hole up a little.

I did drop one star though because I thought the canopy was fairly useless (it does not stand up like in the pic, it just lays back against the float... so it's fairly useless in terms of covering baby from sun), but, we always used sunhats anyhow so this really wasn't a big deal.

Comments about Baby Spring Float Sun Canopy - Teal:

This product is a piece of junk made in [*]. It is not possible to properly inflate this product let alone deflate. In order to inflate this product, one has to push/squeeze the bottom of the valve to open up the hole in order for air to move in. Sometimes this trick works. Sometimes it doesn't. Don't bother with a pump because it will not work. You need to blow air in with your mouth. Once you more or less have inflated the Canopy, it is almost impossible to get to the bottom of the valve to keep the hole open and thus you're stuck with the half inflated product. I think Diapers.com should stop stocking this product unless clear instruction of inflating/deflating are written by the manufacturer.

Great product for its intended use. Lightweight and portable. But it is hard to blow up w/ out an air tool. I also recommend it for a bigger child. My son is 6 months old, 16.5lbs, 26.5 in and he sank a little when I put him in. Which was no problem b/c I held onto him anyway. He loved it! Maybe a taller/longer child would sit up a little higher. But I would buy this product again and as a gift

Bought this product for my 3 month old, she is still getting used to the water but it worked great. Plan to use it throughout the summer, it's easy to fold up and take with you.

Comments about Baby Spring Float Sun Canopy - Teal:

I bought this for my 8 month old son. He loves the water but it is difficult to hold him for long periods of time, especially now that he has gotten heavier & more active. In this float he can splash, kick & enjoy the water while staying out of the sun. We can keep him within reach without having to actually carry him, so everyone gets to spend more time in the pool. The float inflates pretty quickly, but takes some figuring out the first time around. You need to pinch or bite the valve while inflating. This float also folds up for travel-- we've already taken it on several vacations this summer. Great product!
