This was a great buy. We switched our son from an infant car seat to a convertible and the first time he fell asleep in it his head was completely slumped over. We got 2 of these, one for my car and one for my husbands and it has been the best money I've spent. Our sons has fallen asleep with this product in his seat but keeps his head propped up, just like it says it does.

Works great. The velcro straps let you easily adjust it to your child's head size as they grow and keep their head from leaning forward in their carseat unlike other head positioner's that add a lot of fabric behind the head
