There's not a lot that can be said about a changing pad. It works just fine, although it would be nice to have more ways to secure it to the surface it's resting on. I do not use a cover on mine, and I do not think one is necessary.

Originally I was afraid of purchasing a changing pad that would be too short for my very long 6 month old. I was pleasantly surprised to see its very roomy on the sides and the open top and bottom edges leave a lot of room for my little fella to grow. The sides are raised to discourage tumbling out and the straps add extra safety, though I keep them tucked away. I also bought a cover for it with fears that it would not fit but I was wrong. I recommend this product. Looks comfy too.

Great changing pad! Mine does not smell like chemicals and definitely serves the purpose of changing diapers.
