While there are 4 stars it just about gets all 5. With so many pockets to keep you organized it's also might be easy to loose what you might need. The shoulder straps are comfortable even when loaded up and switching to the long shoulder strap is easy just to keep it on all the time. This bag transverses well with my toddler to work and newest baby for quick errands or longer day trips. The bottle warmer bag is convenient and both bottle and mommy drink...my next suggestion get two or invest in the multipack. The interior lining is a clean silky khaki that has a great color contrast to see the interior. My hat is off to this stunning product line and a great competitor to other designer bags.

love the pockets and compartments;

changing pad is a bit on the small side; i don't use the bottle holder or the little bag or the changing pad; i swapped that out for a jj cole changing pad

love that i can wear it messenger style

love everything about it except that like someone mentioned in another review that it doesn't hold its shape very well and because of that i do have to dig for things that are not put away in the pockets; that is my only complaint;

I fell in love with this bag when I was pregnant and my husband gave it to me as a gift. I LOVE this bag!! When I needed to pump at work, I put my breast pump (Medela free style breast pump) and bottles and all other stuff I needed in the bag and carried it to work. I usually detach the small bag and use the crlip for my keys. This bag is really light and it fits perfectly in the basket of my Bugaboo Bee stroller. This bag has so many pokets and very practical. Also, the changing pad is slightly longer than other brands'

The changing pad that comes with the bag is too bulky. I swapped it out with a changing pad from another bag that's thinner. Otherwise, I'm really happy with this bag. It doesn't look like a diaper bag, but totally functions like one very well. Also, love the exterior zip pockets that are easy to access for an extra compartment. Exterior non-zip pouch pockets also hold things very well. Even small things don't seem to fall out.

It's definitely a splurge item for me, but I think of it as a small daily expense since I use it every day. My other diaper bag was really bumming me out. Sick of looking like a mom even when I didn't have the baby with me.

I just loved the bag. It does not look like a diaper bag! It is soft to the touch. The zippers are soft as well.
The only con is that you have to buy the straps separate. They should come up with a design to integrate them somehow.

Great Bag, Stylish, Light weight, lots of compartments. You can use this bag as a diaper bag or purse. But If I was a designer of this bag, I would add a zipper pocket inside the front packet. Also would add 4 bottom feet.and I wish this bag was machine washable.Overall it's a great bag.Loved it
