I bought this right before a road trip so my daughter could have soemwhere to color, etc. Unfortunately I pulled it off after an hour or so as there was not enough space for it rear-facing and it became a tipped up surface that was unusable.

I think forward facing it would fit no problem as there is more room. I haven't tried it in our other car to see if it fits, it may just depend on car seat and your car model.

On our first long car trip with the three kids and a new minivan, we thought this would be a great option to keep the kids busy with things within their reach. It was find, but not great. obviously to meet stafety standards the tray is flexible, so coloring is tough, the size is odd, especially on a little one's lap. I may use it again, but would not recommend it to anyone.

Awesome product - crucial for road trips and a great price. highly recommend it. they should make one in a feminine color as well.

Not worth the money, a pillow would do better!

Easy to clip onto car seat and folds up for storage. Side mesh pockets are roomy and rim around tray keeps things put. Only thing is, that since it folds up, the tray is not rigidly flat.
I definitely recommend this product, though.
