        My 7 month old tends toward sweet foods so this is a great way to get both fruits and veggies into his diet. He loves it. I mix with some oatmeal cereal and warm it up for him, sometimes I'll add fresh apple or banana to the mix, or he'll even eat it straight from the pouch- using a spoon to feed him small tastes- (great for on the go). highly recommend this flavor.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          My 6-month old will only eat this flavor of sprout foods, but still doesn't love it. It's really thin for stage 2, so I mix it with cereal, and I like that it's tart and a different flavor than apples and bananas - which everything else seems to be!! Still, she won't finish a serving, so I can't give it over 3 stars. She prefers Plum Organics pouches or Gerber tubs.

          Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
