My friend recommend that I get this and at first I didn't understand why I needed yet another changing pad when the changing bags I got already came with one. Once I got one of these in my hands I realized it was a far superior product than the cheapy pads the diaper bags come with.

This changer can hold everything you need from diapers, ointments, clothes, mobile phone, wipes and nursing cover. It's great for when you don't want (or need) to take a diaper bag with you.

We don't use the red wipes case that come with it. We have a pack of Lansinoh wipes in one of the pockets instead.

A great item to use on it's own and with a diaper bag.

We wanted to skip the bulky diaper bags and had high hopes from this SkipHop item.

Well, if you are good at changing and don't need to take an extra set of cloths with you - it might work. But if you are a first time parents to a newborn like us - you'll run out of space.

It holds several diapers and wipes very well but when you try to squeeze in cloths for changing and maybe one more thing (like a wash cloth) - you get a very bulky thing.

The red wipes case made our wipes red. Not sure how good it is for the kid, but I didn't like it.

So it works if you carry more things in another bag. And that wasn't the purpose, wasn't it?

I ordered this as an alternative to a bulky diaper bag for a recent travel overseas (OVER 8000 miles of air travel one way)for my 21 month old who is not yet potty trained. It met and exceeded my expectations in many ways. I was able to take 5-6 size 4 diapers, wipes, travel size diaper cream, about 10-15 biodegradeble diaper trash bags in a small waterproof cinch sak, lotion, medications (inhalers) and phone and clip it onto my carry-on, baby carrier or inside my satchel/purse with ease. It was discreet and the ability to detach the changing pad was expecially handy for the reduced size of the table in the aircraft lavatories. It is well made, durable and a lifesaver!

I purchased one of these last year - allows me to carry my own tote while still carrying the diaper essentials. Also great to take on short trips to the park. Just bought two more for each of my expecting friends.
