I found this mat to be more hassle than help. There are way too many peices and it doesn't stay together well once the baby figures out how to dismantle it (and every baby will!). For my second baby I'm buying a mat with simple, square pieces.

My daughter loves this, it has great cushion to protect my daughter's head when she falls from sitting position. The reason I gave four star was because its not big enough for the price.
