These containers are well made, and a nice size for toddler feeding. I got them because they come with lids and are from a non toxic brand I trust. They stack really nicely in our fridge door, so I plan to buy more!

I have a lot of wonderful and useful Skip Hop products, including some other, smaller containers that are really great. I saw these and wanted to try them for a larger option expecting them to be as good as the small round ones. They are a good size but they are so hard to open! I find myself reaching for these if everything else is dirty or just for snack containers when we don't need to use the lids.

I decided to write a review because of the one left before me, I believe it didn't give this product justice. THe lids are a bit tough to come up....a BIT. They have a protruding tab at one corner of the lid so you can get leverage, and yes it does "pop" off, but I believe it helps keep these containers leak proof. If the top came off without any effort, I wouldn't feel it was secure enough in my diaper bag. You do have to double check you've snapped the lid shut all the way around, as it will appear to be done but actually still needs more. Overall I love these containers. I freeze 2 oz and 1 oz portions of my homemade baby food, and when I'm packing up to leave the house I grab a few or more cubes depending on what kind of meal I'd like and pop them in this container. I let them defrost over the day as were out and about and the puree is ready when we are. Once done, I close it up and wipe it down without fear that the little leftover inside will end up getting out of the lid's seal. Once home, they are so so easy to clean! I like that they click together all though I don't use this feature as much but when I need to it keeps the containers together within my bag which I love because I'm a packing perfectionist. I bought this product because it is BPA-free, PVC-free, and phthalate-free.
i usually use pyrex. because it made from glass and have soft, flexible, and rubbery kind of lid that easy to open and keep food fresh and spill proof.
but since i travel a lot, glass material will be a hassel.
so i bought this skip hop container because in the product description said that it is good for baby food storage.
However, the lids is kind of hard to open.
When i force to open, the food scatter everywhere.
this product not good for liquid food. i brought apple sauce and it is spill.
