These are thin and very absorbent. I leak a lot and one set will get me through the workday. I recommend air drying and not drying in the dryer so they don't bunch up and get thicker. I wear nursing bras and these pads don't show through. I'm not sure why one reviewer said they are for A cups. I'm a DD cup and don't have any problems with these pads shifting.

I use 2 pads at all times so the 4 pack is handy, though I find it handier to have 6-8, 2 on you, 2 in wash, 2 in the drawer. I like this and use it over other brands (lilypadz were a great concept but once you leak enough, they come off and the leaked milk is all over you). I do find that sometimes these pads move around in my bras that don't fit as snugly or after one breast is emptied. And if one slides off my nipple, then I can experince leakage b-c the pad isn't where it should be. This is more of a bra fit problem. The one thing I don't like is that over time, they all seem to develop a crease in them that isn't uncomfortable but can show throw thinner bras.

I tried these hoping to replace any disposable pad, as I dislike how the disposable needs constant reshaping after folding down your nursing bra. These are thick which is a plus if you leak a lot (I do not. I am disappointed with the reshaping ability; they are so thick that they bunch very easily and are not discreet under your shirt.
I will be looking for a product that is more thin and reshapable.
