My two daughters used Similac as supplement of breastmilk. The organic formula is quite expensive, but it relatively not as expensive as adult's organic milk to non-organic ones.

Ready-to-feed formulas tend to be more expensive than powders, but consider two things: (1) No mixing, no mess! and (2) Should you ever have a disaster that affected store supplies or even clean water, you would be extremely thankful to have a safe food supply for your baby! When I buy these, the shelf life is typically more than 6 months out, so I try to keep a week's worth at least on hand at all times that I store on a shelf (doesn't need to be refrigerated until it has been opened), and I especially love that it is organic. It's got more sugar than I would like, but it helped her accept it when my breastmilk dried up. One bottle = about a day of milk if your baby is over 6 months. I highly recommend this product!

I switch to this formula because it's organic and I was sick of the powder.
Once the bottle is opened it can be saved for 24 hours in the fridge or longer. It s convenient to prepare a bottle in advance when you go out, you don t have to discard after an hour.

It's more expensive than the powder for sure but overall I think it's worth it.

We love this formula and my Pediatrician and Pediatric Gastroenterologist say it's the ONLY formula they recommend due to the fact that it is most like breast milk. (I was unable to breast feed.) The probiotics that are in it are great. Baby tolerates it very well too. We also use a little Earth's best dry formula once in a while just to change the sweetness and variety since Similac Organic has Sucrose as sugar and Earth's Best has lactose. Works great!

I have 9 week old twins and am getting ready to return to work in about 3 weeks. I wanted to be able to store some breast milk so we decided to supplement our night feeding with the Similac Organic formula so that I could start a supply. My babies seem to love it. It doesn't seem to upset their stomachs or cause gas. Overall, we are pleased with the product.

I supplement with breast milk and it works great! I feel good that my baby is drinking organic. He is 2 months old and at first I was worried that I may not be able to finish the bottle within the 3 days allotted, but he's finishing the bottle even though I supplement. He is not constipated nor is he any more gaseous than he was with only breastmilk.

I tried a lot of different formulas until I found the perfect one for my daughter. She used to be constipated and have real painful gas. I used to cry I was so upset by her gas pains. Now she is fine. I am so happy I found this! She is almost 4 months old now.
