Used this with first child to supplement breastfeeding, no problem. Using it with second child since 4 mos after stopped breastfeeding, no problem. Spit up from it can stain a bit. Only 4 start b/c expensive.

This is the only organic (or non-organic) formula that didn't have corn syrup as the first ingredient...it is the first and only formula we've used because it works great and isn't that much more expensive than the other similac versions. We love it!

we love the fact that it's organic. however, it didn't work well for us.
my son loves the ready to feed kind which costs us a lot until we find the Dr. Brown pitcher. it can make most of the powder formula that i've tried to have very close texture as ready to feed, except for this stubbon similac organic.
he is gassier than other formula, not to the point that we had to stop, we finished the tube we opened but we chose other types after that

I had been using Similac Advance with Early Shield and wanted to switch to organic. I expected it to be exactly the same product, just with organic ingredients, but it doesn't mix properly (leaves a thick film on the inside of the bottle). It also made my son so constipated that he cried before, during and after his bowel movements for three days. I definitely would not recommend this formula!

I am looking to start supplementing my 7 month old from Breast Milk.... I wanted an organic formula...tried this... it is gross...it does not mix well at all. My baby did not care for it at all.

We used this formula for our first little boy and will be using this formula again with our new little one coming soon. Similac makes a quality product and our first little boy grew up to be big, strong and amazingly smart. Glad there are organic options out there!

As an organic fan, I didn't hesitate to get this product when I made the switch from EBF. My son seems to like it even though I switched him cold turkey. He's only 3 weeks, but I was concerned that every single diaper since he was born was nothing but diarrhea, and tried adjusting my diet to help. The formula seems to have helped that situation, and I would imagine that makes him happier too-not to mention it knocks him out! It does get foamy though, I shake to mix and then stick the bottle in a warmer to prepare.
I didn't research this product before I bought it, but I'm now having second thoughts on trying other organic formulas, due to the fact that there's the added sugar. I noticed Vermont Oragincs doesn't have sucrose in it, and you get a few extra ounces for a lesser price... still haven't decided yet. Other than that, pretty satisfied.

It's expensive but I would will pay the extra cost since it is by far the best thing for my baby. My baby is now fully on formula so it is important to give her the best which is organic.

We started supplimenting with this formula when my daughter was 3 months. We tried the Readymade first and she didn't like that one bit! Once she got used to something other then BM she's never looked back. She's now 8 months old and on a 50/50 split between BM and formula. We've had no issues with gas, consitipation or fussiness. We try to do everything organic with her (make homemade baby food with veggies/fruits from local farmers markets, we only eat organic, etc) and feel this is a great option. Glad it's not loaded high fructose corn syrup like other formulas. Good option to consider!

I was using the Similac Organic 32oz Ready Feed for one feeding per day and decided I wanted to try powder as it is more cost efficient and less waste. I used the powder for one month and thought my baby was just experiencing typical newborn stomach aches and turned the age where she would no longer potty once a day. After the month was over, I went back to the ready feed and discovered it was the formula. She was no longer constipated and was able to make once a day without a struggle or pain.

So far I like this product. I am pumping exclusively due to overmilk production causing vomiting in my kiddo. I am, however, giving 2oz of BM with 1oz of this each bottle. He is doing fine, no gas thus far. My only concern is how it mixes, it seems to be super powdery and not dissolving as well as I think it should.

My daughter would not breastfeed so I ended up pumping milk for her for 6 months, at which point I decided to put her on formula. I was losing hope after trying several different formulas and she wouldn't take anything other than the breastmilk. Finally I tried this and she did not have any trouble with constipation, spit up or gas. To me it seems like she has less tummy trouble on this than she did on the breastmilk. I highly recommend this formula. My daughter did not like the regular Similac and it caused her to spit up.

We bought this formula because it was the only organic brand on the shelf at the first store we went to. Now that we've tried Earth's Best, Similac Organic is clearly an inferior product. It's a shame that isn't easier to find other organic brands in mainstream stores.

I used Similac with my first two children (one full time formula, second as a supplement). I intended on using this organic formulation with my third, until I did more research. Similac chooses to use cheaper quality ingredients i.e cane sugar instead of lactose in this formula. It's the "cheap" way of making infant milk, although the product isn't cheap. Babies love it because it's loaded with extra, actual sugar instead of milk lactose similar to what is in breastmilk. Sadly, this formula is one of those scams by companies trying to get a piece of the green hype. Check out other organic brands instead. Earth's Best offers a better organic option for your child.

I love the product. Me and my husband eat organic foods and want our child to eat healthy.I breastfeed and suplement with similac.The combination of two gives me great benefits, mostly convinience to bottlefeed in public knowing that she gets all the nutritions. And cane sugar is the plus for this formula. I won't eat anything with corn syrup or high fructose syrup why should my child eat that junk?
