Comments about Sensitive for Spit-Up Ready to Feed - 32 oz bottle - 6 pk:

Up until Lily was about 2 weeks, her mom was breastfeeding. But it didn't seem like enough. So the decided to supplement. Lily hadn't gained much weight prior to supplementing. After supplementing she began to gain weight. But within a mater of days she began spitting up major amounts of formula. She also would get very upset and cry extremely hard. Acting as though she had a tummy ache. I watched my daughter with her struggling. It wasn't suppose to be this way. I wanted her to enjoy the new little life she brought into this world and it was full of stress. Worrying that she in pain, the constant crying and the spitting up all the time; she took her baby to the doctors. He suggested using this medication for the gas pains but not to change formula at this time. We went for about 1-1/2 wks longer then finally one night I approached her when lily was really having a bad time. We decided the next morning to switch formulas to a Lactose Free. I went to the store an purchased Similac Sensitive RS. It wasn't even 2 feedings later and we had a brand new little girl that was happy and content. Its amazing the difference. Now she is smiling, playing and talking up a storm. My daughter looks so much more relaxed and she's now enjoying motherhood. Thanks Similac!

My preemie twins were diagnosed with Acid Reflux while in the NICU. They were supplementing feedings with Enfamil AR..which I also used with my older son. My twins were still spitting up with EVERY feeding, about an ounce each. They also have been a little constipated and very gassy. My ped. suggested Similac RS I went to [...] last night and after the first feeding NO spit up, and today there has been a little spit up here and there, but nothing compared to what we were experiencing before. Also the constipation seems to be gone..and hoping for a better sleeping experience again tonight!!I ordered 4 cases from Diapers.com today don't see myself switching back or trying anything else for awhile:)

Comments about Sensitive for Spit-Up Ready to Feed - 32 oz bottle - 6 pk:

My 5 month old daughter has been dealing with immense spit up issues since she was born. My two sons had none of these problems, so I always used the basic enfamil powder with great success. So I tried using the same product when my girl was born. She spit up constantly. So I switched her to Enfamil AR, with a slight improvement, but not enough. And then at 4 months, I finally switched to Similac and this product and whoa...what an immediate difference. My sweet baby girl has literally went from throwing up at least 2-3 oz per feeding to not throwing up at all, maybe 1/2 tsp a day of spit up per day. I will admit, being an Enfamil Mommy, I wasn't expecting these results. But wow am I happy I gave this a try. I would highly suggest going directly to this product if you have a baby with a sensitive belly. Skip the others until after you have tried this one! Trust me, this is my 3rd baby in 5 years, this product is worth every penny!! Also, I highly suggest spending the extra, if you can, and buy the premixed. When using these heavier formulas...the Enfamil AR was even worse...they are very difficult to mix. They get clumpy and very very foamy. I needed to mix it in a blender, strain out any left over clumps and transfer it to a large pitcher to sit overnight before I could use it the next day. Way too much work for a busy mom. **One additional perk. After using this formula, my daughter's very bad eczema has been clearing up. I'm not 100% certain that the formula is doing this, but its awful coincidental. Her Dermatologist says it could have been the lactose in other formulas that was making her skin worse.
I'm so happy I found Similac RS ready-to-feed!!!

My new baby girl had thrown up everything including breast milk. Both of my twins were lactose intolerant so I immediately switched her to soy. She threw that up as well and the smell was horrible! I was looking at the different brands at a local department store and came across Similac Sensitive R.S. She has done amazingly well on this formula. The drawback is it is hard to find and not always in stock at the store. Someone told me about Diapers.com and now I get it delivered right to my door and don't ever have to worry about not being able to find it.

Comments about Sensitive for Spit-Up Ready to Feed - 32 oz bottle - 6 pk:

We used Similac Advance formula at the hospital, so we just kept using it at home. However, we had switched to powder. After a couple of weeks of Gavin being extremely gassy we decided to switch to the sensitive formula. Another couple of weeks and not much was different. And we didn't want to try a lot of brands. We heard that could make him worse (although I don't know how it could get any worse). We talked to a few friends and family members and collectively decided we should keep him on sensitive, but switch him back to premix liquid formula. And, oh boy, that worked like a charm. At 6 weeks he actually sleeps after a 4 oz feeding. Something he could never do before. So if you're having gassy problems, I advise trying premix liquid over powder before switching other brands.

My son was diagnosed with infant reflux when he was about 4 weeks old. He threw up almost all of every bottle he ate. He was given Zantac and it helped for awhile...but a couple of weeks ago things were getting pretty bad again for my son. He was having a lot of spit up and pain due to the relux. He had been on Similac Advance, Soy, Gentlease, and as of late Similac Sensitive with rice added to thicken. I was advised by my son's pediatrician to try Alimentum and that is when I ran upon Similac Sensitive R.S. in the store. We figured it couldn't hurt to try it since we already had him on the Sensitive formula and were adding rice ourselves. This is day number 5 and I can't believe the difference. Not only is he not "throwing up", but he hardly even spits up. If things continue like this I'm going to try and wean him off of his Zantac. This formula is a bit pricier than some formulas but I can't put a price on my son's happiness....and mine! :)

I...we, my 5 week old daughter, love this formula. I read the other comments from moms when trying to decide which formula would make my baby feel most comfy during this bout of reflux and you all were right!!! I too have tried all the other brands and I think the powder Enfamil AR made things worse:( I saw an immediate change with the Similac...no spitting up, no pain, just a satisfied little girl!!

My little one used to spit up an ounce or two after every feeding but not anymore. We tried Enfamil AR, Alimentum, Isomil, Gentlease and Good Start and nothing worked, until we tried Similac Sensitive RS. I only wish we had found it sooner. It didnt just reduce the amount of spit up, she hasnt spit up once since she started on Sensitive RS. We couldnt be more pleased.

Comments about Sensitive for Spit-Up Ready to Feed - 32 oz bottle - 6 pk:

My son was diagnosed with GERD at 3 weeks old. His reflux was so bad, he would throw up every time we fed him. He was constantly starving too. His Dr recommended that I buy a formula with rice starch in it. He said that the rice starch would thicken my son's tummy, which would lessen the amount coming up, and make him feel satisfied longer. We tried Enfamil's version first. It was only available in powder, which my son couldn't tolerate. This was the only formula that worked for us!
