It may be a little pricey, but it's worth the few extra bucks when traveling. It's very hard to travel with a quart of rtf formula in the diaper bag, so grab a pack of these individual cans!

Both of my children have a soy allergy, and two years ago when we discovered it with my son, I don't remember this product being available in less than a 32-oz. size. I was so happy to find this in the 8-oz. size, which is more convenient for the diaper bag and anywhere where we would need to do a feeding and might not be able to warm up a bottle (like church). Also, since my daughter does most of her feedings in daycare, we can't go through 32 oz. in 48 hours at home, so this prevents us from wasting a bunch (and this stuff is expensive!!!). The only thing I don't like, which is why I gave it 4 stars, is that I can never get more than 7.5 oz. out of a can. It's not a huge deal, but it may be later when she is drinking 8 oz. at a time. We have had very few problems with spit-up on this formula and no staining of clothes.

I bought this because my baby can't have dairy or soy based formula. However, after a couple of tries, she refused Alimentum powdered formula, but didn't mind the liquid ready-to-feed version. I have no idea why, since we were so careful to prepare it as instructed. It may also have caused her some gas.

I'm exclusively nursing my baby but there were a few days when my milk supply dropped just as my baby hit a growth spurt. I needed to supplement with formula for some feedings during that time and this is the formula I chose. I chose this because it is hypoallergenic and it contains REAL sugar as opposed to corn syrup. Please note that the powdered form of this same brand contains corn syrup but the liquid form contains sugar so my review is specific to the liquid form. Also, these cans are the best. This does come in a one-quart container as well, but the spout is horrible and drips all over the place. The cans are much neater and were more practical for me since I was only using a little formula. Once opened, it must be used within 48 hours and we would not have needed the whole quart in that short a period of time since I was mostly feeding the baby my breast milk.

THis was recommended by several friends for colicky babies. Within 2 days my LO was feeling so much better. Its expensive but totally worth every cent-- it made my daughter happier.
