Pros- Unique and Adorable Item! Priced very reasonably. I first saw this on another site for $79 plus a $15 shipping surcharge AND regular S&H!! I was not about to pay over $100 for this [plastic] light so I was beyond thrilled to find it here for less. I LOVE it and it completes our nursery!Cons- VERY difficult to install. My father is in the electrical engineering field and he said it was a pain to install. He and my husband spent quite a bit of time getting it installed and basically had to throw out the most of what came with it and start over. I don't know the technical details but I know it was difficult, and didn't seem to make sense at all to my FIL who has tons of experience with electrical wiring, etc. It also is plastic vs. glass and not packed well therefore it had tons of scratches on it. It's not very noticeable from a distance but I think the manufacturer could have done a better job packaging it to avoid all the scratches. I gave it 3 stars b/c of these issues. Based on looks alone I'd give it 5 stars. Bottom line, I would recommend but only if the person wants to hire a professional electrician to install or has some experience to work with what comes in the canopy...

We got this as part of a remodel for our daughter on her birthday. [...] While this if very cute, it is not without it's problems. The biggest problem we're facing is the canopy, there's simply none of the standard framing/attachments in place. So, not sure how this will end up being attached to hang appropriately. Not sure how we'll solve that problem short of replacing that part altogether.

I installed this chandelier above my bed. I am using a remote to turn the light on & off so it works great for reading before bed. It adds tons of personality and a unique look to my room! I love it!!!
