Comments about Baby Wipes - 64ct. Pack:

I love almost everything 7th Gen makes, and I used to love their wipes. But recently they changed them to make them thicker and quilted, and now they irritate my daughter's skin. I switched to Burt's, which is similar to the old 7th Gen ones.

Comments about Baby Wipes - 64ct. Pack:

I have been on a mission to find the best Eco friendly and safe wipe. Not an easy task. I ordered one package of Burt's bees, seventh generation, natural babycare,, earths best, and babyganics. Out of all of them, seventh generation was the best. The wipes are thick and have a nice quilt on them which helps with messy poops. They are not too wet and not too dry. They also don't tear easily like some of the others. They also score well on the EWG. Good all around product! I'm happy.

We've been using these wipes in my diaper bag for on the go messes. I also keep a pack in the kitchen at home for cleaning up my little man after meals. They are wonderful and I love knowing they are all natural since I use them around his face a lot. They are thick and handle the mess. They rate a 1 on the EWG Skin deep website so that makes me feel even better for using them. Some other brands of wipes rate a 5 or higher and are toxic in those terms. I'll be sticking wtih Seventh Generation.

Comments about Baby Wipes - 64ct. Pack:

These new, redesigned Seventh Generation wipes are completely different from the original version. I would describe the originals as thin, small, and rather flimsy, with a slightly citrusy smell. I didn't really like them but used them more than any other brand because of the "natural" aspect (actually preferred Earth's Best, but those wipes frequently wouldn't dispense easily which was so annoying). The new Seventh Generation wipes are thicker, a little larger, textured. They are a little rougher in the way that paper towels are a little rougher, as another reviewer mentioned, but that doesn't seem to bother my little one. Most importantly, the new wipes work so much better! They also don't have that citrusy scent which I never cared for anyway, and thank goodness, the annoying Lorax advertising is gone.

If you loved the original Seventh Generation wipes then you may be disappointed by the new version. But if you had frustrations with the original's flimsiness and smell you might just think the new version is five-star too.

Perfect. Thick, soft, moist, good for baby. Much better than old ones...I hated them because they were too flimsy! I used them for my 1 year old for changing diaper and cleaning up messes on the go. And love the packaging...it is easy to keep them fresh.

Have been using the old/original wipes for almost 5 years and was surprised they changed the wipes. They are now thicker, not rough as indicated in other reviews, just somewhat stiff and less pliable. I wanted to like them, but sadly I do not. While sampling these new wipes I did so with other brands and found Burt's Bees to be as good, if not better, than the old Seventh Generation wipes.

I've used the Seventh Generation wipes for 2 1/2 years since my daughter was born. I loved them. Now they have developed a new version of the wipes and they are horrible. The wipes are textured and thick but feel more like a damp paper towel than a soft baby wipe. My daughter said "oww" the first time I used them during a diaper change and I'm hesitant to even use them on her hands because they are so rough. I wouldn't even THINK to try them on my 2 month old! So, reluctantly, we are switching brands. I've liked Burt's Bees and Earth's Best so far but neither dispense very well from their packaging. I wish Seventh Generation would bring back their old wipes!

I have used the original Seventh Gen. wipes since my daughter was born in 2011. I tried these "New" wipes thinking there must be something even better than the original wipes. But I was very disappointed. These wipes are rough and paper like! The original Sev Gen. wipes are very soft and cloth like. I am upset they have changed them!I am returning the case I bought.
