7 Generation diapers are great, but tend to run small, so order up one size. Also, if you have multiple kids in diapers, the size on the diaper is not visible. You will need to keep them in clearly different containers to know the size!

I started using these diapers in 2006 with my first daughter. she had many allegric reactions to other diapers and these were the only ones that didnt give her a rash. So when i had my other 2 children i still use them!

I love this product and have yet to have a leak or diaper rash. Daipers.com by the case is the way to go and worth driving across the border to collect the delivery.

I LOVE these diapers. They are chlorine free and better for the environment. I have NEVER had them leak even when I thought that they would have. A MILLION times better than the regular brands like pampers & huggies.

Being all pro-environment, I was sold on the "green" claim of this product. Turns out, it's good for nothing, not even for a poop job.
I gave them a fair try of a couple of months - thought maybe it's my fault as a first time parent that the diaper constantly leaks, but then I tried Pampers and voila! it worked like a charm for a rookie.
Cons:
- non-absorbent. If I figure out how to wrap the carboard around my baby's butt, it would do the very same job as this diaper. Anyone who has a breastfed baby knows that the poop is liquid. Well, all that liquid stays on a surface creating a mini-lake for a tiny bum to swim in. NOT a pretty picture! Takes forever for it to get soaked through - much longer than 5 min that I have my kid in a dirty diaper as long as I hear him going to the bathroom.
- leakage. All that liquid has to go somewhere while delayed soaking kicks in. That is - out from the back for the most part, ruining the clothes and surfaces.
- waste of money. There's no discount that can mitigate the fact that this diaper should be changed twice per feeding. As a comparison, I change Pampers diaper every other feeding unless there's a poop job to clean. Somehow, the baby's butt stays dry and he's not writhing uncomfortably after peeing into a newly changed diaper. Considering this simple math, I'm using 4 times more this garbage of a product vs. Pampers brand.
- feel and ill-fit. These two have beed addressed in nearly every review. Feels like paper, surprisingly, i didn't get a paper cut yet. Consequently, the fit resembles a paper wrap quite often.

The only pro and a reason for one star is the eco-friendly claim.
Unfortunately, this is just not enough to offset all the damping ones.

I like these because they don't get all poofy and squishy like other diapers. The filling is more comfortable. My baby got rashes from other diapers, and these helped clear it up! Only ones I will use!

These are the best Eco-friendly diapers we have found. The best thing that I have noticed is that our son hasn't had any diaper rash with these diapers. We have used the seventh generation brand since he was born and will continue to use them until he is potty trained. Great product!

i like these diapers a lot, but honestly haven't tried many other brands so don't have a lot to compare them too. i tried g-diapers when my son was just born and they leaked a lot. the 7th gen ones haven't done that so far.

I was sold on the eco-friendly aspect of this product - this is the ONLY reason it gets one star. I hated this diaper from day one, but thought maybe me being clumsy as a first time parent accounts for constant leaks and messes. Well, it can be the case, but I didn't have the same issue using Pampers... go figure.
This diaper is cardboard-stiff from the outside (surprised my baby doesn't get paper cuts from it) and non-absorbent from the inside. My 3 m.o. son has a liquid poop since he's being breastfed, and I change him right after (within 5 min) he has a bowel movement. This time is sufficient for liquid to absorb into a Pampers diaper, NOT the case with this diaper at all!! This morning I had enough - as I was opening my son's diaper, the liquid which was still "laking" between the diaper and baby's skin leaked out as I was pulling the diaper from under baby's butt - all over the bottom of his onesie and changing pad!! Nice, huh?
Never, I repeat, NEVER has this sort of thing happened with the other brand and I don't use a different diaper-changing tactic.
The creator of this horrific thing could benefit by trying it out on his/her baby first - I assume that no one in the right mind would let a baby stew in a dirty diaper just to allow for a low absorbency rate. i know I wouldn't so I'm going back to more expensive and more effective Pampers!

Used size 2 diapers for my 12-lb, 4 month infant. She's a breastfed baby and is a pooper. With pampers & huggies (both in "natural" care) the mess spills on the sides of the diapers as well as through the top of the diaper onto her back (Huggies was the worst in leak guard). But so far with these diapers, have not had one instance of spillage or leakage (no matter how messy her poop)! We're extremely happy about that alone! Also, our baby sleeps 8-10 hours of UNINTERRUPTED SLEEP a night so these diapers hold well for extended hours (again no leakage). Also, we no longer need to use Desitin to prevent diaper rash as these diapers are chemical-free.
