Poor Design on Container and Dry Wipes

Comments about Chlorine Free Baby Wipes - 70ct. Tub:

The container itself is poorly designed. The part where the wipe comes out is rough and actually hurts if the wipes don't naturally "pop" out and I had to reach in to get one (which does happen). Also, the wipes were WAY too dry. I had to add water to them.

Comments about Chlorine Free Baby Wipes - 70ct. Tub:

First, I was completely disappointed with the this product. First, I had to remove the wipes from the 7th Gen. container and put them in an old Huggies Wipes container b/c it was literally painful to reach through the opening and pull out a wipe if one fell through or did not pull out far enough to be "popping up". Very poor design. Second, the container was less than half full. Either fill the container or save some plastic and cut it in half. Third, the wipes were no where near damp enough. I had to add filtered water b/c my daughter was still sticky after wiping her bottom.

I love Seventh Generation Wipes. They work better than most others and don't bother his sensitive skin.
However, this container is terrible. It's hard to use, the top pops off and it's nearly impossible to get wipes out. I recommend purchasing the refill packs and using a container from a different brand. Hopefully Seventh Generation fixes their containers.

I switched from Earths Best to Seventh to save a couple bucks and because the cloth is so small and thin I end up using twice as many wipes as I did with the Earths Best. I will use these up but plan on switching back to the Earths Best once they are gone.

These wipes are definitely worth trying if you have a baby with sensitive skin. My son has really sensitive skin and kept getting a rash and really red from the other brands even their "sensitive skin" lines. With these wipes he almost never has diaper rash and his skin seems to be so much clearer.

The smell of these wipes is different but it's really not that bad. When you get used to it, the smell isn't very strong and I don't even really notice it.

The dispenser isn't great. They need to improve it but I would still recommend them and will continue to use them because my son's comfort is much improved with these!

Comments about Chlorine Free Baby Wipes - 70ct. Tub:

I generally like most products from 7th Gen - and while I like the wipes, I do not like this dispenser. The wipes are natural and gentle on the skin. We didn't have any real issues with other brands, except possible some mild reddness (not sure) but I wanted to use a more natural product.
First off, the wipes don't smell bad - they smell like vinegar kind of, which if you are used to other brands coconut and aloe scents, can seem off. Trust me, your baby doesn't care, and after you are done wiping and put their diaper back on, you don't smell it anymore.
Secondly, I don't use any more wipes on a messy diaper than I do other brands. Unless my daughter has just pee'd, I use at least 3. I don't care if it's more expensive, I want my daughter to be clean.
Lastly, the dispenser - I'm not sure what 7th was thinking here. The entire top is prone to popping off. The dispenser portion of the lid doesn't stay closed and is hard to snap (as a result, you often find it open and the top wipe or two dried up).
I still like the wipes - I took my refill packs and put them in a plastic tub from another manufacturer, two refill packs per tub :)

I couldn't use these wipes because they smell so bad. I can't imagine wiping that smell on my baby. Yuck. I'm sure they work well, but I couldn't get past the gross smell.

This dispenser is the pinchiest most frustrating [*]awful piece of plastic I have ever encounted. I think I have actually drawn blood trying to fish a wipe out of this container. Wiping a wriggly butt is hard as it is, but this container makes wiping with my own bare hand the smarter choice.

I bought 2 of these containers to go with the Seventh Generation wipe refills. This container is a waste of money! The wipes that were inside were pretty much dried up and the wipes don't thred through consistently. I wish I wouldn't have thrown my old wipe container away!. I reccomend just using the wipes straight from the refill package. The wipes don't dry out and they continually thred through. In short, the wipes are great and the container is horrible!

I am normally a fan of Seventh Generation products and use their laundry soap exclusively. I was not impressed by these wipes. They are thin and I have to double up on them to prevent my hands from being soiled. They are also very dry causing me to tug sensitive areas when cleaning up my son. Although they are listed as fragrance free, they have an odor I find unpleasant. I will not be purchasing these again.

The best wipe we have found, by far! It is damp but not soaked like other wipes (*ie. Huggies) and does not leave a film on my daughters body like other wipes. There is no fragrance and I believe that these wipes in combination with 7th Gen diapers are the reason we have not been through a single sample size tube of rash ointment in the 7 months our daughter has been with us!

Best wipe I have found!! They have a different smell, but I only noticed it the first couple of times I used them. NO diaper rash which is major plus. They are large enough so that I only 1-2 wipes per diaper change. Easy dispense unlike Tushies which you have tear apart with 2 hands. Very affordable. No harsh chemicals like most mainstream wipes. I don't think people even realize what junk they are putting on their baby's skin with most products, It's very disheartening. Give the Seventh Generation wipes a try!

From birth my son has had very sensitive skin. We tried every wipe on the market and they irritated his rear end (even the sensitive skin wipes) These are the only wipes that don't make his bottom break out!

These wipes are great for sensitive skin. My baby had terrible eczema when he was younger, but we never had a problem with diaper rash or stinging when using these wipes. And they get the job done. I read the other reviews but I don't miss a larger wipe, you use what you need, and I like at least trying to reduce the impact we're having with all the diapers (not sure if it actually helps, but trying is important).
The only downside I find is that the dispenser could be better
