Holds A LOT of pee, and keeps the poop contained even when fuller than full. worth every penny in saving me the washing and changing of bed stuff. My 18 month old daughter is sleeping 12 hours plus (praise GOD!) and she is waking up with dry jammies...there is the occasional wet side, but nothing like what was happening with other brands...soaking wet jammies and blankets and a cold and cranky toddler. Now she sleeps till she's ready to wake up and plays happily for a while then sometimes goes back to sleep! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I remember another parent telling me once to spend the extra money on overnight diapers because they are worth it. And she was right. We started using these when my daughter starting sleeping through the night and was waking up wet in a regular diaper. They are great. She hasn't had a leak so far. They seem to hold a lot of liquid! No complaints.

Comments about Overnight Diapers Case - Sizes 4, 5, 6:

We had to move to disposables from cloth and have been using 7th Gen exclusively since. I have no problem with the regular diapers-- I find they work well and we almost never have a leak. Once my baby turned into a toddler, we needed an overnight diaper. I was sorely disappointed. Two major things: tabs ripping and absorbency.

                    (1) The "waist measurement" for these diapers might work if your baby is thin around the middle, but mine has a big, round, baby belly. The waist of these diapers does not suffice (although the regular 7th Gens in the same size are fine). About every 10th diaper or so, a tab rips as I try to get the thing on secure enough for a squirmy tot at bedtime. Major loss. If you look at them closely, it's almost like they are perforated just to tear!
                    (2) Perhaps due to the ill fit, perhaps due to the material, these just do not hold up overnight. My girl is wet all over MOST mornings-- but I've been suffering through this case of diapers because I don't want it to be money wasted.

What a bummer-- not sure where to turn next for overnight dryness.

We have used Seventh Generation diapers since our children were born and we are happy to say that after graduating to needing the overnight diapers, we couldn't be happier. We tried EVERYTHING, thinking that the eco-friendly brand we love probably wouldn't hold up. We cloth diaper throughout the day, but they were just not keeping the leaks in at night (our kids sleep 12+ hours regularly and are now toddlers) so we tried comparable disposable brands that weren't so eco-friendly because the stores near us do not carry Seventh Generation. After the third brand of diapers, I finally ordered these and we love them. Never had a leak while using them!

I thought I'd give these a try since I've been searching for the best overnight diaper option. I tried them for three nights because I wanted to give them a chance, but I can safely say these are the WORST overnight diapers ever. Like, ever ever ever. Not only was my son wet through his pajamas each night by 3 am, he got a rash on his bum and he has never in his 14 months had a rash on his bum, so I can very safely say it is the diaper's fault. These are a joke and I can't believe how expensive they are for being no better than regular subpar non-ovenight diapers.

I used these for my 16 month old girl and I'm sad to say they aren't absorbant enough. Although the packaging says extra protection, it did not hold her pee overnight. Every night, she leaked and needed new PJ's. They are fine for during the day, but we needed something more. In the meantime, I have some Charlie Banana disposable inserts I am putting in there and we are good to go.

Tried almost every diaper out there. This is by far the BEST overnight diaper out there. Make sure BOTH elastics around the leg are straight and the ruffle is pulled out around the leg! Make a little "pouch" around the little boy's "front area" so he will be comfy! We basically don't have any diaper leaks anymore! Yipppeee!!!! Make sure to purchase a large enough diaper. When in doubt....go up a size or two! Cheers!

I love Seventh Generation. My four year old has used them since his birth. We had been using Seventh Generation pullups at night but had a few accidents so I thought I would give these "overnight" a try.
When the diaper gets full the back seam with the sticky tab starts to tear and we end up with a mess in the morning. One morning my sone woke up with the diaper falling off of him and leaking.
I wish Seventh Generation would make an overnight pull up. For now I am stuck buying another brand that hold up overnight.

Our son has sensitive skin and Seventh Generation diapers are the only disposables I have found that he can wear without getting a rash. We have used the regular diapers for 2 years, but he is a very heavy wetter at night and naps so I was very excited when they came out with an overnight diaper. The overnight diaper is more absorbant, comes up farther on his tummy and back, and holds more than the regular diapers. However, we have had issues with the tabs ripping off like some of the other reviewers when we put the diapers on. Hopefully Seventh Generation is working on fixing this product issue.

I really wanted to like these diapers. I have been using Natures Babycare diapers since my son was born and have LOVED them. They do not make an overnight diaper nor a diaper big enough for my 3 1/2 year old, so I decided to try seventh generation. I wish I could report otherwise because I love this company, but they are awful. He wakes up every morning soaking wet. Having to wash sheets everyday hardly makes this product "green". I'd be better off going back to huggies or similar.'Unfortunately now I am stuck with a case of these diapers.

Seventh Generation have shown their commitment to customer service. After I wrote the earlier review, Sue from Seventh Generation contacted me via e-mail indicating that they had reviewed the situation and wanted to correct the issue. Not only are they sending me a full replacement box of overnight diapers, they are also giving me a number of packages of some of their newest baby products. I am very excited to try these new products.

While it did take some time for the issue to be resolved, in the end, the understood that customer satisfaction is key and went the extra mile to ensure that. I will definitely remain a loyal customer.

Thank you Seventh Generation for resolving my issue.

My 15 month old still gets a small bottle before bed (about 5 oz.) and he tends to fill his diaper overnight. I have been using the Huggies brand overnights and they work excellent. When I noticed the 7th Gen brand overnights were available, I was happy to try them, but they did not hold up. I tried them 3 nights in a row and there was leaking each night. I'm using the rest of the pack as regular day time diapers. Although I beleive in the natural and eco freindliness of 7th gen, I don't recommend the overnights.

So we have been using the regular diapers for almost 3 years now as our overnight diaper. They do hold a ton and I love the fit on our son. The new overnights do seem to be cut a little bigger in the rise which is nice for us, but it seems like when they redesigned the tabs they have lost durability. In a pack of 17 diapers, while putting the diaper on, at least 2 diapers(if not more) from that pack will have the tabs rip off. Most diapers will also be almost stretched off by morning time. I think that they should reconsider their tab construction. These diapers are great for the "natural" factor and the ability of the diaper to hold a super soaker urine. I will continue to use the product but am disappointed that I have so many unusable diapers in each pack.

We've been using seventh generation diapers from the
day we brought our daughter home--20.5 months ago. When they released the overnight diaper, I also begun using them as well.

The first box we got was great--just what we were expecting. But the 2nd box is complete opposite. It looks like they add a design and also change the construction of the diapers.

The tab rips easily. If it doesn't rips while putting it on, it will rip while our daughter is wearing and cause it to leak.
